Course Section (General) General Information on the Process-Cockpits In this chapter you will receive general information on the Process-Cockpit: Evonik overall concept "Process-Cockpit" Process-Cockpit overview listed area wise Structure of the Process-Cockpit in the R11-System 2. Section (Basic Process-Cockpit-Handling) Handling - Start the Process-Cockpits In this chapter you will learn: How are Process-Cockpits generally constructed and how to start them. How a customized selections variant can be created for the Process-Cockpit ZMDC2 and how this new selection variant can be allocated to your existing personal user-setting. How the Process-Cockpit ZMDC2 can be started with your personal user-setting based on the new selection variant modifications. 3. Section (Basic Process-Cockpit-Handling) page 2 of 48

4 Handling - Tree in the results window In this chapter you will learn how you can interact with the Tree (found data) in the Process-Cockpit results window : The first section shows you how to navigate in the Tree of the Process-Cockpit results window and which functions can be used in this area. In the second section you will learn how you can change the display of the Tree in the results window. The third section shows you conclusively how many different types of data can be transferred from the Tree to the MiniApps and which other functions can be allocated to the nodes or the sub nodes of the Tree. 4. Section (Basic Process-Cockpit-Handling) Handling - MiniApps in the results window In this chapter you will learn how you can interact with the Tree (found data) in the Process-Cockpit results window: In the first section you will learn what a MiniApp is and which functions can be called up with the buttons on the upper tool bar of a MiniApp. The second section shows you which ALV-standard function can be used with the buttons of the bottom tool bar of a MiniApp. In the third section you will learn how to use the basic function in the MiniApps. In the final section you will learn with the help of right mouse button, how to use additional functions for the respective MiniApps that are available to you. The functions are MiniApp specific. 5. Course Section (erlaborated Process-Cockpit-Handling) Creating a central user setting in the selection window In this chapter you will learn how you can edit Layouts / user-settings of the MiniApps: In the first section you will learn, why you need user-settings and where to find them in the Process-Cockpit. The second section clarifies for you, which functions can be called up in the area of u- ser-setting with the help of keys. In the third section you will learn how you can manually create a central user-setting in the selection window of the Process-Cockpit ZMDC2. In the final section you will learn how a central user-setting can be created by copying in the selection window of the Process-Cockpit ZMDC2 and how this can be customized in the Process-Cockpit results window. 6. 5 Creating layout and user setting for a MiniApp in the results window In this chapter you will learn how you can edit layouts/ user-settings of the MiniApps: In the first section you will learn how to create your customized layout as well as your own user-settings for a MiniApp. You will also learn how to allocate previously created Layout to your MiniApp user-settings. The second section shows you how you can allocate and subsequently save the central u- ser-settings which you created in the Process-Cockpit results window for a MiniApp. page 4 of 48

7 user-setting in the MiniApp of the cockpits Modify user-setting Using this button, a user-setting previously selected can be adapted or modified. User-setting for MiniApp Via the pull-down section field, personal user-settings can be selected for the MiniApp. Delete user-setting Using this button, a personal user-setting previously selected for the MiniApp can be deleted. 8 Using this button, a personal user-setting previously selected for the MiniApp can be copied. Apply user-setting Using this button, a personal user-setting for MiniApp can be newly applied. Save layout (only located at the top in the results window of the cockpit) Using this button, the layout of the cockpit-results window can be saved. (Evonik) Documentation Using this button, the Evonik documentation can be called up. New window (only located at the top in the results window of the cockpit) Using this button, a new MiniApp can be added in the results window. Full screen on/off (only located at the top in the results window of the cockpit) Using this button, the results window can be shown or hidden. page 7 of 48

9 » Double-click the ZMDC2 - Master Data Cockpit tree entry.» Click the Create User setting button. Using this button, a new central personal user-setting can be applied for the cockpit. page 8 of 48

10 » Enter FERT NEW into the User Setting field.» Click the Save Settings button.» Enter Material Type FERT NEW into the Description field.» Click the Deselect all Select options button.» Click the Material checkbox. page 9 of 48

11 By (optinally) activating the individual selection options, you can define the appearance of the selection windows of the cockpit as a cockpit user!» Click the Created On checkbox.» Click the Material Type checkbox.» Click the Division checkbox.» Click the Product hierarchy checkbox.» Click the Plant checkbox.» Click the DF at client level checkbox.» Click the Old Material number checkbox. 14 To get variants for the selection window of the cockpit, either the button or the menu Goto can be used. Note: Move the mouse pointer over the menu Goto, to show how the variant can be obtained in this way.» Click the Execute button.» Click the 2101_3 cell. HINT page 13 of 48

15 Since multiple selection variants exist for the user R18455, this selection screen is shown. For only one selection variant to USER R18455, the variant data are directly adopted in the selection window of the cockpit.» Click the Choose button.» Click the User Setting dropdown button. page 14 of 48

New design of the Process-Cockpit in the results window Since after applying a new central personal user-setting in the cockpit, only the standard results window is available, this must be newly designed in the form of new MiniApps and MiniApp layouts. 21 When selecting a MiniApp user-setting, the illustration in the MiniApp is modified accordingly. Click the *ME: MRO Bill of Material GO cell. Click the User setting MiniApp dropdown button. page 20 of 48

22 Click the *ME: MRO Material Monitor GO cell. Click the horizontal scroll bar. IMPORTANT NOTE! Using the button "Refresh, the data of the results window elements are read from the page 21 of 48

23 NEW database and mapped. This applies both to the tree and to the respective MiniApps! Click the Sort by description button. Using this button the tree can be resorted according to the designation. page 22 of 48

24 Click the Save layout button. The tree is now sorted in accordance with the designation of the data hit! Using both buttons "Save, the results window layout (central user-setting) can be saved. When saving, the MiniApp adaptations are automatically implemented and saved.» Click the Exit button. page 23 of 48
