2 How to Search Map Search Adjust location with navigation tools, mouse, fingers or stylus pen Use Map options for detailed preview of property Choose property with single left-click or touch Select or Quick Tip: To view recent searches & recently viewed properties, tap on the Omni bar and a list will be presented Omni Search Bar - Condo Enter the street address & suite number in the Omni Search Bar If no matches, remove the suite and select the result within the Condo icon or Search In Search Results, hover over the result for the building identified by the Condo icon Select the Arrow icon Select the downward arrow Omni Search Bar - Freehold Search All - Address, Name, PIN & ARN Results associated to the level selected will appear and you can scroll down to find the Unit of interest The push pin identifies a suite The car identifies a locker or parking Select for more information Province-wide search capabilities are available for Address, PIN & ARN Location (LRO) is required for Name Search Enter information in the Omni Search bar Auto suggestions will modify with each stroke Select desired result or Search to see all results Select in the results window OR select the push pin on the Map Select for more information Map Legend Map Layers Map View Street View Location

4 Search Comparables Comparable sales search is now available with or without selecting a property of interest. Simply select at the top right corner of the page. There are two options when identifying an area of interest: Radius or Polygon Radius Select the down arrow to choose a radius or use the click and drag option. Polygon Click to select then draw your own custom radius on the map. Sold Last - offers Preset options or a Calendar Property Type choose from ALL, Freehold & Condo Sales Amount select from the drop down or type in an amount in From & To Lot Size select the down arrow to choose a From and To Lot Size in square meters (sq. m.) Map Tools Select and Move Delete Re-size Select to move border Result Tools Select to adjust search criteria Toggle vertical/ horizontal view Print Export PDF

5 Account Settings The Account menu is in the top right of the web page. From this menu you can choose Edit profile, My Account, Messages, and Logout. My Account provides you access to your Profile, Downloads, Subscriptions, Billing & Payments and Preferences. Edit profile This is where you enter your information Downloads contains a history of the products purchased in the GeoWarehouse Store Subscriptions offer a view the details of your subscription including a list of Property Reports seleted. Billing & Payments tracks your Payment History and Payment Methods Preferences to set your defaults: General - set the default criteria for the Search Method, Location, Measurement, Map Display & Layers Comparables Search set the default search criteria PDF Property Report select the default for My Property Report
