3 Meetings Overview dditional Options 3 Tap on a Meeting to View relevant Meeting Details C D Use the Organisations Filter to sort Meetings by Organisational Group or Subsidiary ll content will automatically update on login and at regular intervals lternatively, tap here to Update manually C ll current Meetings will display within the Content Toolbar D dditional Filter options will sort Meetings by Sort, Type or Status

8 Document Review Navigation & nnotation Review your Meeting genda & Documents Navigate through your Meeting documents quickly and easily using the Review and Navigation Toolbars nnotate your document These tools are located on the nnotation Wheel, located at the centre of the screen and allow you to mark up the document mend your annotations Effortlessly amend your nnotations once they have been added to the documents ack genda Comment dd a comment anywhere on the document by clicking on the screen where you wish the comment to appear Free pen tool Draw loose shapes such as arrows by using your mouse as a pen Draw Erase Document nnotations Highlighter Select text to highlight words, sentences and paragraphs Colour Document Versions Underline Select text to underline words, sentences and paragraphs Strikethrough Select text to strikethrough words, sentences and paragraphs Delete annotations Delete all annotations in the current document Undo Redo Show / hide annotations Temporarily hide or show all annotations in the current document Help Select to display a Help Overlay to label all nnotation and Review controls
