3 The first step to working in the Affiliate Interface is logging into your account. You can do so by clicking the Affiliate Login link, typing in your username and password, and hitting the login button. This is also the screen that will direct you accordingly if you have forgotten or lost your login information. In this case you will have to enter the address that is in the account so that your login information can be ed to a verified address.
4 Managed Performance Marketing Once logged in successfully, you will be redirected to your Affiliate Account Manager Page (shown here). At the top you will find your name, domain name, user ID, and logoff link. You can find your current balance as well as the commission payment information below the User ID. Clicking on the payment method link will take you to the ACH Direct Deposit Setup Form. Also note the links to the Help Center. Here you can read through the FAQ s, submit a new ticket issue, or view a ticket s status.
5 Affiliate Home Page Managed Performance Marketing Affiliate Home Page Also after you login successfully, there is a Quick Look at Your Account box that shows an overview of your account. as well as a few links to important pages. Some of the items to note here are: -[Edit Information] : this link will take you to your account settings page where you can edit your current information. -Membership Level: Your account will remain at limited status until you have received your first commission check payment. -Current account status: This will show that your account is in good standing. -Total Merchant Programs Joined: You can also see the % of programs you are participating in of the available programs. -Your Main Listed Website and Additional Sites. -Payment Plan & Payment Trigger: Here you will see your selected form of commission payment and the minimum balance to trigger payment to your account via check or direct deposit. -Account Balance: This includes the payment details link.
6 Help Center Help Center The Help Center is a place to View and Submit tickets as well as review the Knowledgebase for the FAQ s. The knowlegebase will walk you through the basics of the interface via the following categories. Account Settings, Merchants, Product Links, Links, and Payments. Answers to questions ranging from changing your address to creating product links can be found by clicking on one of the categories or using the search box.
7 Reports/Stats: Activity Details Reports/Stats Activity Details: This link will take you to a detailed view of your transactions recorded. Here you will see the information that was recorded within the transactions. This is the best place to look when you are searching for detailed info rather than trends or a cummulation of figures/stats.
8 Reports/Stats: Activity Summary Reports/Stats Activity Summary: This link will take you to a summary view of your transactions and hits. Here you will see the information that was recorded by merchant. This is the best place to look when you are searching for trends or a timespan of information. This is also a place where you can filter the reported information by hits, sales, and commissions for the current month or total life of your stats. The Activity Summary is also a good place to look at the Merchant Programs you have joined and their status.
9 Reports/Stats: Download (.csv) Reports/Stats Dowload (.csv) Here you can download your transaction informtion. You can select the date range you would like or limit it to a specific merchant.
10 Reports/Stats: Today s Stats Reports/Stats Today s Stats This page will show you the merchants that you have generated clicks for in the current day.
11 Reports/Stats: Reversal Report Reports/Stats Reversal Report Here you can view any voided transactions either by merchant or in total. This report can also be downloaded to.csv.
12 Reports/Stats: Past Revenue Reports/Stats Past Revenue This report shows the past commissions earned by month. It can be viewed either as a text list or a graph.
13 Reports/Stats: Merchant Timespan Reports/Stats Merchant Timespan The Merchant Timespan Report displays historical daily data. The report can be filtered by date range or merchant. Please note the information offered is not available for all merchants.
14 Reports/Stats: Transaction Edit Trail Reports/Stats Transaction Edit Trail The Edit Trail Page will document any transaction edits and act as an account reconciliation page. The list can also be filtered by merchant. Both the edited amounts and preedited amounts as well as the edit date appear on this page.
15 The Affiliate Interface Find/Join Merchants: View and Search Merchant List Find/Join Merchants View and Search Merchant List This is where you can search for merchants by program type, keyword, or category. You can also view the newest programs activated and the programs exclusive to the SAS network.
16 Find/Join Merchants: View those with Datafeeds Find/Join Merchants View those with Datafeeds This is where you can view merchants that provide datafeeds for your use. The list can be filtered via the drop down menu options. There are also links to preview or download the feed. This page also allows you to join those programs, that provide a datafeed, but that you are currently not a member of.
17 Find/Join Merchants: View Available Coupons/Deals Find/Join Merchants View Available Coupons/Deals This is where you can view any deals or coupons entered into our system. Here you also have the ability to filter through the database by merchant or keyword.

19 Get Links: Get a Link/Banner Get a Link/Banner This page will show you a listing of the merchant programs you are approved for. To get links for a specific program, simply click the "Get Links" button under the given merchant program. The List can be filtered by all merchants or online merchants. Please note that you can also modify the number of merchants to be displayed.
20 Get Links: Get a Link/Banner Get a Link/Banner Here you will find the text links and banners. The links can be filtered by their types. The types of links will appear above the first banner/link on the page. The banner ID number, size, and both the HTML and XHTML code for each link/banner are supplied on this page.
21 Get Links: Datafeeds Datafeeds Here you will find a listing of the datafeeds that are offered. This datafeed listing only displays those merchant programs you are already a member of. For all datafeeds available please utilize the View those with Datafeeds page. The list can be filtered by merchant, keyword, category, program stats, and both programs you are or are not a memeber of. This is also a page where you can preview the datafeed, view products, and download the.csv file. Also note that those merchants that provide datafeeds will have the datafeed icon in the program vitals. The date the datafeed was last updated is also shown here.
22 Get Links: Coupons/Deals Coupons/Deals The deals and coupons database displays offers for all merchants in the network that would like to participate. The database can be filtered by merchant, type of deal/coupon, or for only those programs you have joined. You will find all the details for current deals/coupons on this page, including description and start/end dates. This is also where you can subscribe for instant auto-notification of new deals/coupons via the RSS feed. It is also possible to join programs on this page if there are any deals/coupons you are interested in.
23 Get Links: FTP Access for Datafeeds FTP Access for Datafeeds The FTP Access Page includes those programs you have been granted access for and the instructions.
24 Get Links: Get Specific Product Linking Code Get Specific Product Linking Code This page lists those programs that have product data downloads/datafeeds available. The filters include keyword search, programs you are or are not a member of, last date updated, and stats. This page also provides the links to view products, download.csv, preview the datafeed, or apply for FTP access.
25 The Affiliate Interface Get Links: Make A Page Make A Page The Make A Page tool page can be used for those merchants that have a datafeed. The tool generates the HTML code, pre-coded with your affiliate link, for the products supplied via datafeed from the merchant. Some merchants have customized this feature and are available in the first drop box list to select from. The Make A Page Feature can be filtered by search terms and can also be modified to display the page to your preference. All you have to do once you generate the page to your liking is copy and paste the HTML code provided in the results page.
26 Get Links: Make A Page Make A Page Below is an example of results using this feature. The HTML code should be copied and pasted into the page you wish to display the product on. The results page also gives a preview of the page generated.
27 Get Links: Invalid Links Report Invalid Links Report The Invalid Links Report lists the links that were problematic over the past day for your merchants. This is a good place to take a look at the reason the link was not working. Links will appear on this page when there is an error either in the code itself or that particular program.
28 Get Links: **Get Widgets Get Widgets This page will display the widgets available from select Merchants. The list can be filtered by joined programs, program category, EPC, commission amount or alphabetically by Merchant Name. The number of widgets available can be seen here as well as a preview what is available.
29 Account Settings: Edit Account Settings Edit Account Settings: The Edit Settings page contains all your contact information as well as additional account preferences. , address, password, and domain changes can all updated on this page. Be sure to hit the Submit Changes button after the information has been modified.
30 Account Settings: When Will I Be Paid? When will I be paid? This page will show the payment details and options.
31 The Affiliate Interface Account Settings: Terms of Use Terms of Use The Terms of Use page contains the Service Agreement made by and between SAS and the affiliate.
32 Account Settings: Affiliate Home ** Affiliate Home This is a quick link back to your Affiliate Home page. The Affiliate Home is a Quick snap-shot look at you account.
33 Account Settings: View Current Trouble Tickets View Current Trouble Tickets (Help Center) This page will show any tickets you have submitted to the SAS staff, the ticket s status, as well as your ticket history.
34 Account Settings: Add/Manage Logins ** Add/Manage Logins Here you are able to add and edit additional logins for your account and choose the permissions to grant each.
35 Tools: Deals Database Deals Database The deals database displays offers for all merchants in the network that have promotions. 38 Tools: RSS Feeds RSS Feeds The RSS Feeds page allows you to subscribe to any or all of our available feeds content you are interested in. The feeds currently available are: Offline/Online Merchants Notifications, New Programs, and Deals Database.
39 Tools: Historical Trend Historical Trend The Historical Trend page is a graphical visual report of trends. The hits, sales, and conversions can be charted out by day for up to 5 merchants at a time.
40 Tools: Merchant Status Merchant Status The Merchant Status page will display a listing of the merchant programs you are approved for and it s status. You can also get links here.
41 Tools: Return Days Analysis Return Days Analysis The Return Days Analysis charts will display your sales falling within the date ranges listed. You can filter the list by merchant and number of sales.
42 Tools: Setup Referer Trace Setup Trace Referer The Trace Referer Information will show you each individual click that you receive over a 24 hour period, including which page the click came from as long as the browser provides that information (occasionally it does not in the cases of popups, javascript, etc...). This is another place you can monitor your stats for your PPC or other marketing campaign.
