11 Video Transition Time Line Activity Date Range 1) Business as usual for scheduling and sessions using the NCIH Through Dec. 19 2) Colleges should not enter sessions into the NCIH scheduler for sessions dated Dec. 20 and beyond Immediately 3) MCNC inputs scheduler/contact & technical information in TMS scheduler by Oct. 5 4) MCNC conducts training and refresher* Oct. 19 & Oct. 29 Nov. 30 (refresher)* 5) Colleges enter Spring 2013 sessions if they have attended TMS scheduler training Beginning Oct. 19 6) Colleges certify with MCNC Oct ongoing 7) Colleges schedule & test with other colleges Ongoing 8) Colleges can begin using TMS scheduler to conduct sessions Dec. 20, ) NCIH scheduler accounts disabled Dec. 28,
