3 p3 1. Login To access the Hubio Fleet platform, please visit in any web browser. You will then see the below screen: To login to the Hubio Fleet platform, enter your username and password, then click Login. 2. Menu Expand/Minimise menu Reports / Widgets Tools Saved/Favourite Widgets Logout Go to Hubio Fleet Homepage Top Tip: You can have up to 4 reports (tabs) open at one time. When you select a report/widget or tool this will open automatically next to your current tab. You can minimise using the icon in the top right of the tab and this will be added at the top of the menu. You can also close or save the report/widget to your saved tabs in the menu

5 p5 3.1 Reports/Widgets - Track Report To view your vehicles on the map you will need to select the groups you wish to see from the list on the left hand side of the screen. You can select multiple groups and also deselect individual vehicles. Top Tip: You can filter by the vehicles status using the icons at the top of the Edit screen. Moving Idling Ignition On Ignition Off Power Take Off (PTO) Activated Once you have selected your groups and filters, click the View tab at the top of the screen and this will give you the Gods eye view of your fleet.
6 p6 3.1 Reports/Widgets - Track Report You can also click the Data View tab at the top of the screen a report style view of your fleet. This can be printed from this screen or exported in PDF, XSL, CSV or TIFF formats. Top Tip: You can customise your view by using the Map Tool in the top left. This allows you to select an aerial view, Zoom in (zooms in on a selected vehicle), Traffic flow and Geofence. You can select individual vehicles from the vehicle list on the left hand side of the tab. This will highlight the selected vehicle on the map. It will also give you an overview of the vehicles current status, direction of travel, road speed, current location and previous driving activity.
7 p7 3.1 Reports/Widgets - Track Report Top Tip: By right clicking on the vehicle pin on the map, this will open up some shortcut options. You can instantly access today s: Trace report Activity report Trips report Stop report These will appear in a new tab/window. You can find which vehicle is nearest to a specific location on a map. This can be used if you need to redirect a vehicle to a location. Simply right click on the location and the following box will appear. The map will grey out and the Nearest to this Location tool box will appear. In this box you can set your filters: Distance from Direction of travel Vehicle status Once you have selected your filters, click the Find button. This will show in the box below. This will display the vehicle registration number and the distance from the specified location. You can then click any of the vehicles and these will be highlighted on the map. Top Tip: Geofences can be drawn directly on to the map from the Track Report and any other report where the map is visible. You can also assign a group, name, description and a colour.
8 p8 3.2 Reports/Widgets - Trace Report To view your Trace Report, select a vehicle from one of your groups. You will then need to select the date parameters. You can select Today, Yesterday or a specific date using the calendar on the left hand side. Once you have set the parameters of your trace report, click the View tab at the top of the screen. The Trace Report will show all the journeys from the selected day. On the bottom of the screen you will see a timeline of the days journey and a vehicle status. You can also customise your map view as shown in the Track Report section, as well as view traffic flow and view/create geofences. You can use the Trace Report toolbar to play the days journeys. You can also filter out driving events of the day using the Filter menu at the top of the toolbar. You can highlight: Cruise (travelling at a consistent speed) Sweet Spot (driving in the most economic range) Top Gear Over Rev Over Rev w/o Fuel Coast in Gear Engine Braking Over Speed
9 p9 3.3 Reports/Widgets - Geofence Report The Geofence Report will show when a vehicle(s) has entered one of your Geofenced areas. To run the report, select which vehicles you wish to view (or select all) and the geofences you wish to report on (or select all). Select the date range or from one of the preset time periods, then click the View tab at the top of the screen. The Geofence Report breaks down each geofence and when your selected vehicles have entered that geofence. The report shows the time, date, and the duration that a vehicle has entered into that geofence. Top Tip: You can navigate between each day of your report using the tabs in the top left and right of the geofence window. The Geofence Report also has a Data View. This will breakdown when a vehicle has entered, exited and the duration they were in a preset geofence. This report can be printed directly from the platform or exported in PDF, XSL, CSV and TIFF formats.
10 p Reports/Widgets - Speeding Report The Speeding Report will show all overspeed events from your selected vehicle(s) in the date range you have selected. To run the report, select which vehicles you wish to view (or select all). Select the date range or from one of the preset time periods, then click the View tab at the top of the screen. The Speeding Report opens with a split screen. On the left it will have a breakdown of all the speeding events showing vehicle, driver, speed recorded, speed limit, the over speed, event time, date and location. When an event is selected, the map on the right will zoom into that location. Top Tip: If you hover over the centre of the screen you can increase/ decrease the size of each screen. When the following icon appears; Click and slide right to view all of the information for the speeding events. The Speeding Report also has a Data View. This will put all the speeding events into a report format. This report can be printed directly from the platform or exported in PDF, XSL, CSV and TIFF formats.
11 p Reports/Widgets - GPS Distance Report The GPS Distance Report will show your fleet vehicles mileage in a selected date range. To run the report, select which vehicles you wish to view (or select all). Select the date range or from one of the preset time periods, then click the view tab at the top of the screen The GPS Distance Report will show the vehicle registration number, the start mileage for that day, the end mileage for that day and the total distance covered. If you have selected multiple vehicles, these will be sorted in relation to their groups. The GPS Distance Report also has a Data View. This report can be printed directly from the platform or exported in PDF, XSL, CSV and TIFF formats.
12 p Reports/Widgets - Activity Trace Report The Activity Trace Report will show all activity from your selected vehicle(s) for the date range you have selected. To run the report, select which vehicles you wish to view (or select all). Select the date range or chose one of the preset time periods, then click the View tab at the top of the screen. The Activity Trace Report will show you a visual representation of the vehicles daily activity. It will show when a vehicle was moving, idling, the ignition was on, the ignition was off and if any PTO was active. Top Tip: You can print/export the table visual for your reports by clicking the 3 line icon on the right hand side above the legend. You can print the table directly or export the table as PDF, PNG, JPEG or SVG. The Activity Trace Report also has a Data View. This will put the selected vehicle and days activity into a report format. This report can be printed directly from the platform or exported in PDF, XSL, CSV and TIFF formats.
13 p Reports/Widgets - Driver Timesheet Report To view your Driver Timesheet Report, select a Driver from one of your groups. You will then need to select the date parameters. You can select a preset date range or a specific date using the calendar on the left hand side. Once you have set the parameters of your trace report, click the View tab at the top of the screen. The Driver Timesheet report opens with a split screen. On the left it will have a breakdown of all the trip information for your selected driver in your selected date range. Each trip summary contains start and end locations, distance travelled and the trip duration. It will also show the total distance travelled and trip duration for the selected date range. When a trip is selected, the map on the right will zoom into that trip and plot the journey. The Driver Timesheet Report also has a Data View. This will put all the driver activity into a report format. This report can be printed directly from the platform or exported in PDF, XSL, CSV and TIFF formats.
14 p Reports/Widgets - Trip & Stop Summary Report To run the report, select which vehicles you wish to view (or select all). You can also select the geofences you wish to report on (or select all). Select the date range or from one of the preset time period. You can filter the report to show either trips or stops, if they are separated by key on or key off and by the duration of that action. Once you have set your filters, click the View tab at the top of the screen. There are 2 levels to the Trip & Stop Summary Report. The High Level will show a broad range of information dependent on the filters you have set. The Low Level will show a summarised version of this information as shown below. The Trip and Stop Summary Report also has a Data View. This will put your trip or stop information into a report format. This report can be printed directly from the platform or exported in PDF, XSL, CSV and TIFF formats.
15 p Reports/Widgets - Out of Hours The Out of Hours Report will show all use of the selected vehicles outside of the preset office hours. This allows you to be able to separate private mileage of your vehicles and drivers. To run the report, select which vehicles you wish to view (or select all). Select the date range or from one of the preset time periods, then click the view tab at the top of the screen The Out of Hours Report will give an event by event overview of out of hours usage of your selected vehicles. It will show the start time, start location, distance, end time and end location. The Out of Hours Report also has a Data View. This will put all the out of hours events into a report format. This report can be printed directly from the platform or exported in PDF, XSL, CSV and TIFF formats.
16 p Reports/Widgets - Idle Report The Idle Report will show a summary of the selected vehicles time spent with the vehicle idling. To run the report, select which vehicles you wish to view (or select all). Select the date range or one of the preset time periods. You can filter the report to only show idling above a set timescale. Once you have set your minimum idling time, click the View tab at the top of the screen. There are 2 levels to the Idle Report. The High Level will show a broad range of information dependent on the filters you have set. The Low Level will show a summarised version of this information as shown below. The Idle Report also has a Data View. This will put your idling information into a report format. This report can be printed directly from the platform or exported in PDF, XSL, CSV and TIFF formats.
17 p Reports/Widgets - Multi Trace Report The Multi Trace Report will show an overview of the days trips for each of your selected vehicles. To run the report, select which vehicles you wish to view (or select all). Select the date range or from one of the preset time period. Each vehicle will be assigned a colour to distinguish each vehicles trips for the selected day. When a vehicle is selected, the map will zoom in to that vehicle trips. This will allow you to see if there is any cross over between your vehicles to make for more efficient route planning of your fleet. 18 p18 4 Admin - Vehicle The Adminstrative tools can be found on the main menu, but is only available to account admins. This allows you to peform a number of admin level tasks such as adding drivers, users and also scheduling regular reports. 4.1 Admin - Vehicle The Vehicle tab allows you to view vehicle details and amend the vehicles odometer (mileage). To amend a vehicle, select the desired vehicle from the list. When you have selected a vehicle, it s information will appear in the top right of the tab. This will display the vehicle registration, fleet number, odometer, chassis number and body type if they have been assigned. You can amend the mileage details, simply by clicking in the box marked Odometer (miles) and entering the relevant mileage. Once the correct mileage is entered, click Update Vehicle to save the change.
19 p Admin - Report Scheduler The Report Scheduler allows you to create regular reports from any of the report widgets. Created reports will appear in the main screen, but to add a new scheduled report, click Create Subscription. Select the report that you want to schedule reqularly. Select the vehicle(s) that you wish to report on. Then select the report period, who the report is sent to, subject, format, frequency and time, then click update subscription.
20 p Admin - Groups The Admin - Groups tool allows you to assign vehicles to groups to make it easier to find and follow certain vehicles, drivers or geofences through the report widgets. To create a group, enter the group name at the bottom of the screen. Select if this is a group for vehicles, drivers or geofences and then click Create. You can also update a group name or delete a group by selecting it on the left side, amending the name and clicking Update or clicking Delete. The new group will then appear in the left hand side of the window. Firstly select the group your vehicles, drivers or geofences are in, then select the vehicles, drivers or geofences you wish to move or copy. Then select the group you wish to move or copy them to on the right hand side of the screen, then click Move or Copy.
21 p Admin - Users The Admin - User allows you to update and add new users. Select the user you wish to update or select Add New User. The user window will open up. Here you can update a users information or add a new user. You can assign a username, password, additional details and also control which reports are visible to them. Once you have updated the information click Save. Top Tip: You can also copy and delete users. If you are creating multiple users with the same parameters, select the Copy Key.
22 p Admin - Drivers The Admin - Drivers tool allows you to add and edit drivers. To edit a driver, select the driver on the left hand side, then amend the relevant details using the driver window on the right. Once you have edited the details click Update. To add a new driver, click the Add new Driver button at the top right of the screen. The driver window allows you to add all relevant details for a driver including names, password and driver type. You can also add driver ID details / Kiss Key. Once you have entered the driver details, click Update to save. You will then need to click off and back on for the vehicle link box to appear.
