2 ios Version STEP 1 Before you start with the data export/import, please make sure the following items are available, and you have carried out the below steps: The latest version of itunes. An up-to-date version of ios or your iphone or ipad, and an up-to-date version of Windows 7 or later on your computer. An ios USB charge cable. DO NOT remove your current ARTISTRY Skin Analyser app until you have successfully migrated the data. STEP 2 Create a backup copy of ASA Analysis data 1. Open the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer app on your phone or tablet. From the Home Screen, go to Settings > General Settings > and select Export. 2. Enter a filename and select OK. 3. Once saved, you can close the ASA app. STEP 3 Connect your ios phone or tablet to your computer 1. Open itunes on your Mac or PC. 2. Connect your iphone or ipad to your computer using the USB cable that came with your device. 3. Click on the Device icon located in the top left corner in itunes.

3 STEP 4 Copy the files from your ios device to your computer 1. In the left sidebar in itunes, click File Sharing 2. Select the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer App 3. Drag and drop the.db backup file from the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer Documents list to a folder on your computer, OR, select the.db backup file you want to copy to your computer from the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer Documents list and click Save To. Select the location and click on Select Folder to Save.

4 You have now saved a backup copy of the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer database containing analysis data and images. STEP 5 Import a db backup file to your ios device Follow step 1 and 2, select the.db backup file you want to import from your computer to your ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer and then click Open. You have now saved a backup of your ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer database containing analysis data and images onto your iphone or ipad.

5 The last step is to import the database. Open the ARTISTRY Skin Analyzer 2.0 app on your phone or tablet. From the Home Screen, go to Settings > General Settings > and select Import.
