6 1 Changes to User Interface With version 6.2 changes have been made to the user interface in the Back Office. In the header area, the side menu, and the SAP tab are now similar to the design of the WOW shop. The header in the back office area now looks exactly the same as in the beautify workflow of the advance sales. The coloring of the dialog fields in the backend has been changed to that of the Beautify Workflow. The side menus are also changed to the display in the beautify workflow. 7 2 Beautifying Sales / Backoffice Just as with the design of the new WOW shop, this version also offers a new advance sale workflow with the name Beautify. If you select the Beautify workflow during the sale, the processes are displayed the same as in the WOW shop. All basic functions were adjusted to this UI. Workflow for Advance Sales Activation/standard workflow for users You can activate the Advance Sales Workflow - Beautify on tab page Sale under Settings and activate the workflow for the current sitting under Workflow/Profile. This setting is lost after logging out. It is also possible for the user of the Advance Sale Workflow - Beautify to be selected as the default workflow under Master Data > Company > User under General Settings. 8 3 Sales of "Mid-Year Season Tickets"/Season Tickets Valid from Date X The sales dialog of this version offers a function for mid-year season tickets/season tickets with a validity as of date X. The validity date is printed onto the chip card when printing this off. Booking mid-year season tickets is possibly only in the back office (advance booking workflow). Since the calculation process for the bookable seats and the seats already sold is highly CPU-intensive, please expect a considerable impact on the entire system performance. To reduce this impact, you should limit the number of users who have access to this function. To enable this, a new user right making this function available to the user has been implemented. In addition, a release of the function in the subscription event has been implemented. This enables you to control exactly who can use the function and for which events it is available. The function has to be released using the Allow Sale of Mid-Year Season Tickets in the subscription event. Under Master Data> User, you must grant the user the authorization Allow Sale of Mid-Year Season Tickets. The following advance booking workflows are enhanced in the back office: Standard Standard enhanced Standard enhanced - calendar Stadium (standard enhanced) In the above workflows, the states 4 (stadium plan/block list) and 5 (graphical venue plan/block view) are enhanced by the individual events of the subscription (extensible area with list of individual events and checkboxes for selection). This selection is saved in the workflow data in the session. After completion of the booking or deletion of the shopping basket, the selection is also deleted. Once a subset of the available individual events has been selected and saved, the following rules apply for the further booking process: Category or best seat bookings are not possible. The capacity display of the block list remains unchanged. You can select the block at any time via the venue plan. Booking mid-year season tickets is possibly only in numbered areas. 9 Initially, only subscription events of the "fixed subscription" type are supported. If a subset of the available individual events is selected and saved at booking, the ticket is booked according to this selection and flagged as such. If this flag is active, this is shown when displaying the first booked individual event in the object viewer of the ticket. Two new layout variables are supplied for ticket printing. Variable [ABO_VALID_FROM] is filled with the date of the first booked individual event. Variable [ABO_VALID_PERF] is filled with the title of the first booked individual event. Both values are also output in the XML structure of the ticket during the invoice export. Tickets that do not have this flag are not considered during automatic merging. Further Notes Change to Interfaces The XML structure of the ticket during the invoice export has been enhanced. As the process is highly similar to the partial sale of season tickets after the season start, no further effects are expected. Notes for Implementation Only standard individual events are considered for identifying as of when a booked mid-year season ticket is valid. The event with the earliest date is selected. Whether any events after this date have been deselected is irrelevant. The sales personnel should be trained accordingly. Ticket layouts may have to be enhanced with the new layout variables. For correct filling of the layout variables, at least one meaningful event date and title should be stored. 10 4 Adjustments for Password Security In this version the password complexity and password validity has been adjusted. Passwords can now be administrated in the system as follows: Minimum value for password length Maximum value for password length Minimum number of numeric characters in password Minimum number of uppercase characters in password Minimum number of lowercase characters in password Minimum number of special characters in password Number of days for password validity Settings for Backend Password Complexity On the Master Data > Company tab under Back-End Password Complexity The default setting of all the fields is zero. This means that the password properties are not checked. Caution Input errors may occur if the minimum number of characters in a password is smaller than the sum of all the minimum numbers of the other password properties. Creating a New User The legend for the properties that have to receive a password are generated from the configuration of the password complexity. Caution If the user who creates is a technical user (user type: technical user), the password properties are not checked. If the password properties do not fulfil the configured requirements, an error message appears. 11 After the time period has expired, the user has to enter a new password when logging in. Login with Expired Password The password validity is checked during user login into the Event Ticketing System if: The password validity is configured in the back-end The user is not a technical user (user type: technical user) A password validity date is stored After the password has expired, an additional login window is displayed immediately after the first successful login attempt. 12 5 Manual Changing Ticket Numbers in Order List Entries/Orders (Before Allocation) In the back office you have the option to manually change the number of tickets in order list entries before allocation. Tickets can be removed and added. Remove Tickets in Order List Entries After removing tickets from the order list entry, the list is then only displayed with the current tickets. Changes to the order list entry can be viewed. The winner mail contains the reduced number of tickets. The invoice amount adjusts to the changed number of tickets. The reference to the other personalized tickets does not change. A wizard is available to remove tickets from order list entries. The user can remove tickets using the (-) symbol. The buyer's tickets cannot be removed using this dialog box. Add Tickets to Order List Entries After adding tickets to the order list entry, this is then displayed with the current tickets. It is not possible to exceed the event-defined purchasing authorization. The change is displayed in the history. The winner mail contains the increased number of tickets. The invoice amount adjusts to the changed number of tickets. The user can personalize the added tickets. If the "Only one price category permitted for each registration" selection box is checked, it is only possible to add tickets in the same price category. 13 6 Subscription Transfer: Cross-season use of chip season tickets For a subscription transfer it can be defined for every package that the chip cards from the previous season can be transferred. It is not possible to print season tickets that have been transferred with a chip card from a previous season. After converting the purchase option, the RFID key of the chip card from the previous season is transferred to the admission control. At the ticket trouble point, searching using the RFIC key also locates the ticket for the current season. The access control system ticketing entry interface is supported. 14 7 Standard Import Tickets for Subscription Transfer With this version there is a new standard import available in for subscription transfers. The existing import function is still available in. The default import is carried out via a single file and a transfer via a batch process. The import features the following fields. 17 10 All Printable Tickets via Data/Documents By choosing Sale> Data/Documents, it is possible to filter by the status Tickets Printed in order to search for printable tickets for an event. Previously, it was only possible to search for tickets Printed=Yes/Nounder Data/Documents. The print counter for the tickets was taken into consideration here though however, no the Printable/Not Printable flag. In the latest version, it is now possible to select all printable tickets under the search term Tickets Printed in the dropdown field. 18 11 Enhancements to WOW Shop 11.1 WOW Shop: Redeeming Internal Coupons Redeeming internal coupons is possible also in the WOW shop. The Redeem Coupon button is displayed after a successful login. After clicking the Redeem Coupon button, a layer showing the remaining amount is displayed. You can also enter the coupon number here. The system then checks the entered coupon number. If the coupon number is incorrect, an error message is displayed in the layer. Redeemed coupons are displayed in the shopping cart with their coupon number and value. The redeemed coupons can be deleted from the shopping cart individually. If a residual value remains in the shopping cart, the amount can be settled using an available payment method. If no payment method is selected, the usual prompt to select a payment method is displayed in the WOW shop. After removing coupons from the shopping cart, the cart is recalculated accordingly. In the event of overpayment, the system displays a message stating that the customer will receive a coupon with the value of the overpayment amount. In the event of overpayment and simultaneous regeneration of a coupon with the overpayment amount, the newly generated coupon is displayed in the shopping cart. Coupons that are booked to a customer (by overpayment with coupons or via the backend) are displayed to the customer in the self-service area. If a customer owns coupons, the coupon area is displayed in the self-service area. The notifications/error messages that occur during voucher redemption can be modified by the administrator WOW Shop: Manual Entry of Action Codes (Step 1) Action codes can be used in the WOW shop SAP SE. 19 It can be managed in the WOW Shop if action codes can be used. If this is set up for a shop, then an additional entry field is displayed in the shopping cart. If an action code was entered successfully, all reductions are adjusted to that reduction that is combined with the relevant action code. It is still possible to change the reduction later using Change Reduction. It is also possible to use multiple different action codes in a shopping cart WOW Shop: Deep Links in Blocks Deep links for the WOW shop can be used in special blocks of an event in order to navigate a mail recipient to a special block. Deep links in specific blocks of an event are now possible for the WOW shop. For an existing venue plan booking, the recipient is brought to the relevant section and can make seat selections there. If only the best seat search is selected for the event, the recipient is brought to the best seat search of the WOW shop and can only select reductions of the selected block WOW Shop: Using TANs/Passcodes TANs and passcodes can be used in WOW shops. TANs/passcodes make it possible for the customer only to log on to the Web shop with a valid TAN. Furthermore, a customer's booking for events that the TAN/passcode is valid for can be restricted to a specific number of tickets. The TANs therefore have an expiring validity. If Login Only with TAN (Passcode) is activated in the settings in the shop administration, then a page appears in the WOW shop where the valid TAN must be entered in order to log in to the shop. It is not possible to log in to the WOW shop without entering a valid TAN. An error message appears if a code is entered incorrectly. If a TAN is used again (although it has already been used), then an error message appears. After entering a valid TAN, it is possible to access the WOW shop as well as the event and tickets for which the TAN is valid. Enhancements to WOW Shop 2015 SAP SE. All rights reserved. 19

20 11.5 WOW Shop: Seat view in cart The seat view in the cart can be activated/deactivated in the WOW shop. Activating seat view display It is activated under Master Data > Company > Shops > Values. You must open value FLEXSHOP_SHOW_SEAT_VIEW_IN_CART. You must select the checkbox. A button appears in the Location column in the cart and this displays the seat location. Deactivating the seat view display Deactivation also takes place under Master Data > Company > Shops > Values. You just need to deselect the checkbox FLEXSHOP_SHOW_SEAT_VIEW_IN_CART WOW Shop: Download link for individual.css in administration You can download the CSS file used in the WOW shop via a download link, to modify it for your own use. The button for downloading the CSS shop values is located under Master Data > Shops > Extras. It is displayed if the shop value is filled and is not visible if no shop value is used WOW Shop: Color picker for color values In you can select colors using a color picker. 21 The color picker is a tool for selecting a color. Use the mouse cursor to click on the field with the color value and a color selection box opens next to the form field. After selecting the color, the field closes and the color is then copied for further processing WOW Shop: Payment Using Payment Bundles In a WOW shop you can offer payments via payment bundles. This function has been implemented in the template for the WOW shop. For further information, see chapter Overview of Enhancements and Enhancement Options in the SAP Event Ticketing System in the AdminGuide. The payment using an enhancement (payment) bundle that is stored at the company is displayed in the WOW shop and can be used for making a successful payment. You can implement a payment bundle on the System > Enhancement Manager tab. Following an import, the bundle has to be activated. You must also set up an additional payment type. To do so, go to Master Data > Company > Payment Configuration > Electronic Payment Method. Here you can select the system and make a new entry by using the Configure New Gateway button. You set up a new payment method with the Additional Means of Payment button. The additional means of payment is created with the New button and contains the following specifications: Selection of gateway created Selection of payment method: Credit Card Selection of booking result: Booking 11.9 WOW Shop: Resale of Tickets It is possible to offer single and subscription tickets for resale in the WOW shop, just the same as in the Flex Shop. Under My Account in the Web shop, the user can release any individual or season tickets for resale. If the user has selected the seats that are to be released for sale, then the refund can be defined. After releasing the sale, the customer gets a confirmation for the process. The release for sale can be cancelled by the customer under My Enhancements to WOW Shop 2015 SAP SE. All rights reserved. 21

22 Account and the customer gets an confirmation of this. If tickets for an event are offered for resale, then this is displayed in the event. In the ticket exchange it is possible to select and book seats that have been offered for resale. After a successful booking, the buyer and reseller receive a confirmation of the process SEPA in Interfaces - Copying Mandates SEPA mandates are transferred to SAP ERP and from SAP ERP to. To transfer a SEPA mandate for a customer it is necessary to create and save it in the relevant system. The transfer can be followed under System > Export Interfaces > Export. 23 12 Interface for Calling Up Public Transport Authorizations for With this version of you can attach public transport authorizations to a ticket. The web service was implemented as a bundle. This enables each customer to decide whether he requires this enhancement and to incorporate it himself. It is merely necessary to implement a specific bundle for the service provider. During the sales process of a ticket containing a public transport authorization, you can include a personalized authorization. This enables a personalized validation of the transport authorization. The barcode query for transport authorizations and the personalization option was implemented in dependence on the shipping method selected by the customer. You can sell tickets featuring an additional public transport authorization to customers. To do so, you must incorporate the external public transport provider into the system by using a bundle. You manage the required access data for the service provider via a configuration interface. In addition, the "Local Public Transport Standard Driver" function has to be activated und a default service provider stored in the company's system configuration. To add the costs incurred by customers using local public transport to a ticket, you can store these costs on the relevant price lists. You activate the authorizations for using local public transport in the corresponding event. This adds the bar code required for accessing public transport to the ticket. To personalize this transport, you can specify which data are calculated for the personalization of a transport authorization by the system. 25 14 Message Plugs: Make Subject Multilingual The subject line of message plug can be made multilingual so that the message can also be sent in different languages. The subject for message plugs can be created in multiple languages. The attachment requires a Lang. Button After confirming the Lang. Button, the various languages and related text can be added. That language is offered which is also stored when creating a layout. Depending on the customer language, the messages are sent to the customer with the subject line in the relevant language. 26 15 SVG Seating Plan Beautifying Sales / Backoffice As in the WOW Shop, SVG seating plans can also be used in the back end. SVG seating plans can be uploaded for advance booking in the Venuetab, under Venue Plan. In the Beautify Workflow for advanced booking, SVG seating plans can be opened. The number of places required can be defined in the entry field before the seat selection is made. The Fast Pass function can be used to directly add places to the shopping basket for a block, without having to select the individual places. There is a price selection as in the WOW Shop. The price selection displays the blocks color-coded according to the availability of the price selected (color selection as in the WOW Shop). 27 16 Stadium Configuration "Lettered Rows"/Alphanumerical Row Numbering In the stadium configuration you can add lines for seat and row aliases. Rows and seats with multiple letters and alphanumerical lines (with either numbers or letters) can be displayed easily. On tab page Master Data > Venues > Section Templates you can enter letters and alphanumerical characters one after the other for row and seat aliases. With the first row, new lines are added to the row and seat aliases. An empty description deletes an existing line. Caution With regard to the field length restriction it is necessary to pay attention to special characters. CSV format is available for exports. Aliases are exported for managed rows. Only CSV files are allowed for an import. The structure must be the same as an exported file. The imported data is not saved but displayed in an input dialog box. The new and changes rows show a line number that is a different color. The imported data must be checked and saved manually. All changes to line aliases are saved in the history. 28 17 MasterPass Interface A new payment method called MasterPass has been added to the system. The Computop Gateway used also supports this payment method and was used for the connection. To be able to use the MasterPasspayment method in, two configurations are required. This must be done for every company where this payment method will be used. Firstly, an electronic payment method has to be defined in the system. This is done under Master Data > Company > Payment Configuration > Electronic Payment Method. From a selection list here, you select the MasterPass method and then press Configure New Gateway. As the MasterPass payment method is connected via the Computop Payment Gateway, the parameters in question have to be queried or applied for there. Once the basic communication parameters have been defined for the MasterPass payment method, a new additional means of payment is defined in. 29 18 Activation/Deactivation of Seat Selection Using the Mouse For each event, you can activate or deactivate the function for selecting seats using the mouse in the web shop. The function can be activated or deactivated in the event administration. The purchasing authorizations are taken into account. If this function is activated, customers can place only the maximum number of tickets (as specified by the purchasing authorizations) in the shopping basket, even if he has selected more seats on the selection screen. This function also enables the selection of row-independent seats. The seat selection starts from the top left and runs to the bottom right. During the selection of seats, the number of seats already selected is displayed to the user. Only available seats can be selected. 31 20 SAP HCI Enhancement of Customer Master Data with Marketing Consent With this version, users of SAP C4C are able to edit a customer's marketing declaration of consent and to view the changes in. Data relating to marketing declarations of consent is taken into consideration when copying customer master data with this version. It is possible to create marketing consents using a Web service in just the same way as withdrawing marketing consents using a Web service. 32 21 Not Automatically Setting Mandate for Single Use to Invalid During Booking A mandate for single use is not automatically set to invalid during the booking. If an ERP standard driver is connected to the accountancy agency for bookkeeping, a one-time mandate is not set to invalid after the booking so that the external system can still create the collection. 33 22 Series Administration (Venue Exchange in Copy Dialog) The copy function for events in has been enhanced. Further configurations can be performed during the copy process. Optionally, you can also exchange the venue in the copy dialog. The settings for the events can be transferred in the copy process. In addition, you can assign a new, alternative venue for the event in the copy dialog. In the game level you can make further assignments/configurations. After selecting the copy process, you can choose the year and the month. Starting with the start month, the specified number of additional months is then displayed in the next step. There is also the option to select alternative venues that can be stored in the target event. It is only possible to select alternative venues of the same type, for example, simple venues. There must be at least one date selected for the new event to be created. If more than one date is selected then multiple events are created. Additional Options Event Indicators: All stored links to an event indicator are copied Personalization Settings: The settings at block level are not copied for different venues. The date of the subsequent personalization is adjusted. Additional Services: All stored links to additional services are copied. Order List Settings: The stored order list settings and configured order list are copied. An optional stored date is adjusted in the order list. 34 23 English Translation of the External Layout Editor The external layout editor is available in English. Caution If an older version of the layout editor is installed on your computer, then this must be deinstalled before a new installation is started. The installation of the layout editor must be started. During the installation, you can select English and German in the installation dialog box. The default installation folder SAP/Layouteditor/ is displayed in the Windows standard directory for programs: C:\Program Files (x86)\sap\layouteditor\. The program is started using the layouteditor.exe file. If English is selected during the installation, then the entire interface is displayed in English. 35 24 Setting Up External Systems It is only possible to set up external systems in the related company under Additional Setting. Go to tab page Master Data > Company > Additional Settings. In the right-hand menu you can select additional external systemsand set up a new external system there. You can choose between a CRM, FiBu (accounting), and data exchange system. Select the required system and enter it with New in this company. You can create multiple systems. You must also store a user for authorization purposes. If you have created multiple systems, you must specify one of them as the primary system. Caution After the update to version 6.2 it is necessary, for the reason listed above, to check the connection to an external system and its usability.
