2 Register Screen Sign In Screen New here? Registering is easy. Just complete this form and we ll send you an verification. Follow the prompts and you ll be off and tracking. If you don t want to register, you can still use Hapzing by tapping Skip in the upper right corner. But note: Not registering means only a few functions will work for you, and you ll miss out on seeing your most relevant info. You should only ever need to sign in once, unless you log out of the app. Forget your password? Not a problem. Enter your address and tap the Reset button. We ll help you get a new one right away. 3 Search Screen Search and Near Results Tracking a Hapzinger To get started, search for your favorite local places and performers. Tap the magnifying glass in the upper right corner to enter a term in the Search bar. You can also see a list of places and activities near where you are right now. Just tap the Near button in the lower right. Fun! Searching will bring up a list of relevant Hapzingers. Tap their profiles to see more, including their upcoming activities, websites, phone numbers, locations on the map, and which friends are tracking them. You can also see search results listed by activities. Just tap Activities at the top of the screen. Find one of your favorite spots? Tap Start Tracking to add that Hapzinger to your list. Now you ll see their activities on your Home screen. Search Near Tracking

4 Hapzinger Screen Hapzinger Profile Your Hapzinger screen is your go-to list of all the places and performers you re tracking. They re your Hapzingers. At the top, you ll see a quick filter bar. Type in the beginning of a name and you can jump to the Hapzinger you want. If you want to add more Hapzingers, tap the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner to search for them by name, or to search by topic. Tap on a Hapzinger to check out their full profile. Here you can see their details, like their upcoming activities, websites, phone numbers, locations on the map, and which friends are tracking them. You can also choose whether or not to show their activities on your Home screen. Normally you would, but some Hapzingers have a lot going on like movie theaters with lots of showings every day and you might not want to see it all on your Home screen. Just tracking them will still let you get their activity info with just a tap or two. Hapzingers

5 Hapzinger Activities Zing It When you re looking at a Hapzinger s profile, tap Current Activities to browse all the activities they have published. For each activity, the calendar icon shows green if you don t have any conflicts at that time. The friends icon shows green if one or more of your friends has zinged it. What s this zinging about? Well, when you tap an activity to get more detail, you ll also see this Zing It button. Zing It just means you might want to go to that activity. If you Zing It, Hapzing will prompt you to add the activity to your calendar, and will show your friends on Hapzing that you ve zinged it. A zing icon appears to the right of each activity you have zinged. Hapzinger Activities Zing it

6 Home Screen Friends Screen Zings Screen Your Home screen is your pocket guide of things to do. It shows you activities your Hapzingers have published by date. Tap the grey Tap to Change bar at the top of the screen to change the date. You ll also see calendar, friends and zing icons for each activity. Tap an activity for even more detail. Your Friends screen shows the activities your Facebook friends have zinged on Hapzing. Here you can discover things to do from Hapzingers you might not be tracking. If you don t log in with Facebook, this screen won t be available. Your Zings screen shows a list of the activities you ve zinged. It s your own personal calendar of must-dos, want-to-dos and gotta-be-theres. Home Friends Zings

7 Settings Screen To change your Hapzing settings, tap the gear icon in the upper right. Facebook Integration: Here you can link Hapzing to your Facebook account. If you already have the Facebook app on your iphone, you don t even have to log in again just click the button. If you don t integrate with Facebook, your Friends screen will be blank, and the friends icons will be greyed out on activities. Calendar Settings: Hapzing integrates with the calendar configured on your iphone. You can turn this on or off. If it s off, you won t see conflicts on activities; the icon will be greyed out. You can also choose if you want Hapzing to add activities right to your iphone calendar for you. Enable Vibrations: By default, your phone will vibrate when you zing an activity. It s like a little celebration. But you can easily turn that off here. Hapzing Account Settings: Through the Manage menu, you can log out of the app or reset your password. Note: If you deactivate your account, you might lose your data. You ll have to contact Hapzing Support to re-enable your account with the same . Settings
