1 Before you begin Printer Setup Instructions Please make sure you have administrative rights on your computer before proceeding with the install. Step 1. Download the Printer Drivers Kyocera Printer Drivers Konica Minolta Printer Drivers *Note: If you do not know which driver to download, please ask a community manager for assistance. Step 2. Install the Printer Drivers Mac OSX 1. Extract the Drivers folder, and run the SETUP file. Windows 2. Extract the Drivers folder but DO NOT run the setup file. Step 3. Download the PaperCut Client Mac OSX Client Windows Client Step 4. Install the PaperCut Client MAC OSX Extract the PaperCut folder, and run the SETUP file. You may get the error, Install PaperCut script can t be opened because it s from an unidentified developer. Use the following instructions if you get this error.

2 How to bypass Gatekeeper on a case-by-case basis This is the method we recommend using. It gives you Gatekeeper s full security, but the flexibility to open occasional unsigned apps when you know and trust them. If you attempt to open an app you downloaded from a source other than the Mac App Store, and get the popup below, you ll need to override Gatekeeper in order to open it. As always, make sure you know where the app came from before overriding Gatekeeper. Instead of double-clicking on the app in question to open it, here s what you do: 1. Ctrl+click or right click on the app and select Open from the contextual menu. 2. This time you ll see the popup below instead of a message saying the app can t be opened at all. 3. Click Open The Papercut app is from a trusted source.

3 The app will open and you ll be able to use it normally now. You may get one more popup from time to time verifying that you re sure, but you can confirm them as well, as needed. 4. If you are prompted to install the Java client, choose yes. Enter your local administrator password if prompted. 5. You will be prompted to Install PCClient into the Applications Folder. Click Yes. 6. Enter your Username and Password in the Papercut window that appears and check the box next to Remember my identity 7. Open System Preferences -> Users and Groups (Accounts for OS X 10.6) and ensure that the currently logged on user is selected. 8. Select the Login Items tab. 9. Click the + button, navigate to the applications folder in the left-hand pane. 1. Click PCClient. 2. Click Add. 3. Click the checkbox next to PCClient to hide the application when it starts Install the PaperCut Client - Windows 1. Launch the setup application from the install folder 2. A security warning will appear. Click Run. 3. The PaperCut installation wizard will appear. Click Next 4. Confirm the destination location for the installation of the PaperCut software. Click Next. 5. Select the appropriate install option (local install) for your computer and click Next. 6. Click Install to continue the installation or click Back to change any settings. 7. Once PaperCut has been installed, click Finish. 8. Enter your username and password when prompted. Check the box beside Remember my identity or you will be prompted for your username and password each time you access the PaperCut client. Step 5. Add the Printer Mac OSX 1. System Preferences 2. Printers & Scanners 3. Click on + 4. IP > Settings Address: p.wework.com Protocol: Internet Printing Protocol IPP Queue: printers/wework Name: WeWork Location: (Blank) Use: Select Software *Note: For Kyocera printers use Kyocera TASKalfa 3051ci, for Konica printers use Konica Minolta C224.

4 Windows 1. Click Start 2. Select Devices & Printers 3. Click Add a Printer 4. Click on Add a Network Printer 5. Click The printer I want isn t listed. at the bottom of the page 6. Select a shared printer by name and type in: 7. Click on Have Disk 8. Browse to the extracted folder from Step (For Konica) Drivers > PS > EN > Win_x64 > KOAYQA Use Win_x86 folder for 32-bit systems 2. (For Kyocera) Windows > 64bit > XP and newer > OEMSETUP Use Win_x86 folder for 32-bit systems 9. Click OK 1. (For Konica pick KONICA MINOLTA C364) 2. (For Kyocera pick Kyocera TASKalfa 3051ci) 10. Click Next Step 6. Test Page and Releasing Prints Send any document to the printer. Go to any printer and log in using your Printer ID and Password. Find the release feature and print the selected document. *Note: If you need help with releasing a print, please ask a community manager for assistance.

5 Frequently Asked Questions Q: You login to the printer but your print job is not in the queue. Did you receive a confirmation that your print job was complete? If no confirmation was received, the PaperCut Client program may be waiting for you to enter your printer ID and passcode. When printing, did you choose the correct printer? Try your print job again ensuring that your printer is set to WeWork. Are you on a corporate VPN? If so, log out from your VPN and try printing again. Still no job in the Queue? Contact your Community Management team. Q: You retrieve your print job from the queue and press print and nothing happens. Is your print job a multipage PDF document or other large print job? Large print jobs may take several minutes to download into the printer memory before printing. If the lights are blinking on the front panel then the jobs is processing. If after waiting several minutes there is sign from the printer that it is still processing please contact your community manage Q: The PaperCut application is not open, I am not being prompted to authenticate after printing a document. The PaperCut application is configured to open automatically every time you turn on your computer and minimize to the system tray in Windows and the dock in Mac OS X. You may manually launch the PaperCut client from the Windows Start Menu in Windows and the Applications folder in Mac OS X.
