Which Bradband Technlgy supprts the SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs & Business Hurs service? The supprting Technlgy is LTE & LTE-A 3. What is *LTE? LTE stands fr Lng Term Evlutin (LTE) which is a high-speed wireless bradband technlgy. LTE is the latest generatin f mbile technlgy and is a step up frm 3G technlgy ffering faster netwrk Dwnlink and uplink speeds. Yu can expect up t a maximum f 10Mbps dwnlad speed n Telkm s LTE netwrk. N additinal separate data allcatin fr P2P/NNTP shuld be cnfigured *Once the custmer hits the 2Mbps thrttle all P2P/NNTP traffic shuld be reduced t 128Kbps netwrk peak times f 6pm-midnight. **Fr SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Business Hurs, All P2P/NNTP traffic will be allwed t wrk at the full speed f 10Mbps as it is assumed that custmers will be utilizing the purchased Ad-Hc LTE/LTE- A Once-Off bundles as the netwrk peak time is frm 6pm-Midnight fr P2P/NNTP traffic. 5. Will FUP be applied t the SmartBradband Uncapped Wireless service? a) The SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped (All Hurs) FUP data allcatin shall be: 150GB at a speed f 10 Mbps thrttle applied cnstantly 24x7x365 After 150 GB data have been depleted, the speed shall be reduced t 4 Mbps with data allcatin f 50 GB and the thrttle applied 24x7x365 And nce all the allcated data is depleted then 2 Mbps fr rest f mnth All P2P/NNTP will be reduced t 128Kbps during netwrk peak times f 6pm t midnight and this traffic will be cunted against the 150GB/50GB f data prvided. After 150 GB data have been depleted, the speed shall be reduced t 4 Mbps with data allcatin f 50 GB and the thrttle applied between Midnight-5pm x7x365. And nce all the allcated data is depleted then 2 Mbps fr rest f mnth. All P2P/NNTP traffic will be allwed t wrk at the full speed f 10Mbps as it is assumed that custmers will be utilizing the purchased Ad-Hc LTE/LTE-A Once-Off bundles as the netwrk peak time is frm 6pm-Midnight. All data allcatins acrss each FUP fr the uncapped Business Hurs shall nly be made available frm Midnight-5pm. c) Acceptable use plicy will als apply where Telkm deems a subscriber t be abusing the service and thrttling may be implemented acrss all traffic types in times where the netwrk is under strain and with the express aim f prviding a quality service acrss the netwrk fr all users. This is subject t the AUP as utlined belw here

3 6. What is the Acceptable Use Plicy applicable t this service? Telkm reserves the right t apply restrictins n an uncapped accunt if a custmer s behaviur is determined t be affecting the user experience f ther custmers n Telkm s mbile bradband netwrk. Such restrictins include but are nt limited t thrttling a custmer s thrughput speeds t an apprpriate prprtin f the actual prt speed and / r shaping a custmer s bandwidth t limit the use f bandwidth intensive prtcls and applicatins. Examples f custmer behaviur which cmprmise Telkm s netwrk perfrmance include, fr example, causing netwrk cngestin, include running excessive cncurrent internet sessins r accessing excessive bandwidth intensive prtcls such as Peer t Peer and news servers prtcls (NNTP). In the event f such behaviurs, Telkm reserves the right t terminate the accunt f a SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs and Business Hurs custmers whse usage is cntinuusly affecting Telkm s netwrk perfrmance. The abve cntrls will be implemented by Telkm in additin t thse set ut elsewhere in this AUP regarding unlawful behaviur. 7. What is the main difference between the SmartBradband Wireless All Hurs & Business Hurs? The standut difference between the tw prducts is that the Business Hurs Uncapped prduct nly ffers service between Midnight t 5pm. T use the service utside f these hurs the LTE/LTE-A Once- Off data bundle will need t be purchased. The bundle that is purchased will nly be utilized between 5:01pm t Midnight times t prvide custmers with the ability t access the internet. The SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs prvides data cnnectivity 24 hurs a day. 8. Is vice calling supprted n these prducts? The SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs & Business Hurs prducts fully supprt Vice Over LTE (VLTE) which means that crystal clear vice service is available. The Huawei LTE Ruter we supply is VLTE capable but nly within LTE cverage. VLTE is unique in that it allws fr a quality supprted vice call whilst simultaneusly allwing access t bradband data service. Yu can access data while the service is busy with a vice call making it perfect fr an ffice envirnment. 9. What are the vice rates? The SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs & Business Hurs prducts supprt a vice calling ut f bundle rate f 70 cents per minute (per -secnd billing) t all-netwrks and an additinal 300 minutes are included each mnth t call all Telkm Fixed Line and Telkm Mbile numbers. 10. Can additinal vice minute bundles be purchased? Yes, standard Telkm Mbile, Telkm Landline/fixed and Any netwrk vice minute bundles can be purchased.

Any standard Plain Old Telephne Service (POTS) handset can be plugged int the vice prt (RJ-11) in the back f the ruter t easily make and receive vice calls. 12. Hw d I purchase a vice POTS handset? Custmer can ask the sales urgent fr available handset t purchase, which can be plugged int the vice prt (RJ-11) in the back f the ruter t easily make and receive vice calls. 13. D I need t setup r activate vice calling (VLTE) service? N, the vice calling is supprted by default and all that is required is t plug a supprting vice handset int the back f the ruter. 14. Hw d I check what the phne number is? Place the SIM card int a handset and dial *1#. 15. Hw d I purchase additinal LTE/LTE-A Once-Off data bundles r vice minutes? Subscribers will receive a SIM card and Huawei LTE-A Wi-Fi ruter which is a B Hw many wireless devices can I cnnect t my Huawei LTE Ruter? Yu can cnnect up t 64 devices via Wi-Fi and up t fur devices using the LAN cables. Nte that the number f devices that yu cnnect simultaneusly culd impact n yur internet experience. The type f devices yu can cnnect include smart TVs, smartphnes, tablets, ntebks, PCs, security cameras and gaming cnsles 22. Will the SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All hurs and Business Hurs ffer be available acrss Telkm s entire Mbile netwrk? Yes, but nly n LTE cvered area which is the entire TDD LTE netwrk, i.e. where Telkm LTE Uncapped cverage is deemed available. 23. I live in an area cvered by Telkm s LTE-Advanced netwrk will I qualify fr the SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs and Business Hurs ffer? Yes The ruter that is supplied with wrk n bth LTE and LTE Advanced technlgies and the prducts nly require LTE cverage. 24. Frm which channels can a custmer purchase the ffer frm? The SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs and Business Hurs ffer is nw available thrugh the traditinal Telkm wned stres, Direct Sales Frce 3rd Party channels and the Telkm nline channel; 25. Wh will be eligible t apply fr the SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs & Business Hurs during the prmtin perid? Existing Telkm cnsumer/mbile/business custmers, new retail custmers and new business custmers are eligible t apply fr the SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs & Business Hurs 26. Can existing Telkm custmers apply fr the SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs and Business Hurs service? Yes, existing Telkm cnsumer/mbile/business custmers may apply fr the SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs & Business Hurs. Existing SmartHme, SmartOffice and Fixed Line custmers will nt be able t migrate their current services t the SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs & Business Hurs and will be required t apply fr the service as a new service. Existing LTE subscribers that wish t migrate

Please keep checking back peridically as we are cnstantly imprving and adding new areas t ur LTE cverage map. 29. Will 3G failver be supprted? And what abut raming? Telkm Mbile 3G failver shall nt be supprted as a failver measure in instances where the LTE netwrk is dwn and it must be stressed that the SmartBradband Wireless Uncapped All Hurs & Business Hurs service is a fixed wireless service which must be used in a fixed lcatin and nt fr mbility. The SmartBradband Wireless All Hurs & Business Hurs subscriber shall nt be able t ram n MTN netwrk. 30. Can the service be used at any lcatin? The SmartBradband Wireless All Hurs and Business Hurs Uncapped ffer is a fixed wireless bradband service; subscribers will be required t cnsume the service within the fixed lcatin f the physical address that was supplied during the applicatin prcess. Telkm reserve the right t terminate any service which is nt used at the physical address supplied. Telkm will als be able t, at any stage, enfrce lcking f the SIM and ruter t the applicable base statin at the physical address. 31. Wh d I call if I have a technical query r cverage related prblems? Subscribers can call and they shall be ruted t the data call center fr supprt 32. Des Rica apply? Rica cmpliance rules shall apply 33. What happens if I relcate? This service is prvided as a fixed wireless bradband service and if a custmer relcates Telkm cannt guarantee netwrk cverage and reliability.
