7 Note:. In case of discrepancy between figures and words, the amount in words shall prevail. 2. Bidders should strictly quote in the format and for periods as mentied above. No counter cditi/assumpti in respse to commercial bid will be accepted. Bank has a right to reject such bid. 3. In the event the vendor has not quoted or mentied any compent or services required, for evaluati purposes the highest value in the submitted bids for that particular type would be used to calculate the TCO. For the purposes of payment and finalizati of the ctract, the value of the lowest bid would be used. 4. L bidder would be determined based the total cost of ownership for each category of s. Any decisi of Bank in this regard shall be final, cclusive and binding the bidder. 5. The bidder with lowest commercial cost in Table D, H, L after normalisati as mentied above, if required, will be selected as L bidder separately for MPLS Wire / Wireless, MPLS 3G/4G, VSAT categories of network cnectivity respectively. 6. L will be declared separately in all the three mode of cnectivity viz MPLS, 3G/4G and VSATs. 7.
