NTP of Action Standard on Fire Safety & Structural Integrity Manual 3000 Copies; 2. ILO Desk Calendar for Pcs; 3. ILO New Year Greetings Card 300 Copies. While preparing your quotation, please be guided by the necessary specifications detailed in Annex 1 and the quotation submission form attached hereto as Annex 2. Nos. 1,000 Design and illustration: ILO will provide text or content and photos of the desk calendar. Vendor must develop the design and illustration. Design and illustration is needed to finalize in consultation with ILO senior communications officer. Product Development: Desk Calendar 2017 Specifications: Standing Board - Size: (W 9.5 x L 7.3 ) 30 ounce board covered with pasting by 100 GSM matt laminated art paper. Standing board will be on die cutting with ½ freezing in the middle of the bottom board. Cover Page Color: Five Color Inner Page Specification: Inner Page: 350 GSM Art Card with both side Matt Lamination. Inner Color: Five Color Inner Page Qty: 14 Leafs or sheets (28 Pages) Binding: 3:1 Wire-O Bindings (Foreign): Made of plastic (white) protected Binding wires, 3:1 pitch, 23 "loops" to fit the 3 holes-per-inch pattern of a 2:1 pitch wire binding.

4 Calendar Envelop: Design and develop Envelop to fit properly for the calendar and as approved by the ILO senior communication Officer. Design, Illustration and Printing of ILO Greeting Cards 2017 with envelop. Nos. 300 Design and illustration: ILO will provide text or content and photos including logo of the greeting cards. Vendor must develop the design and illustration which will be finalized by the ILO senior communication Officer. Product Development: ILO New Year Greeting Cards 2017 Size: Size: W 8.5 x L 5.5 Inner Page: 350 GSM Art Card with both side Matt Lamination with spot lamination having middle die cutting-freezing. Inner Color: Five Color Inner Page Qty: 1 Leafs or sheets (2 Pages) Greeting Card Envelop: Design and develop of Envelop for the card with the collaboration of ILO authorized person. Size: W 8.8 x L 5.8 or As per well matching with stated desk calendar. Page: 100 GSM Offset Paper Color: Four Color NB: The publication house/firm will provide an -ready and online publishable PDF version of the report (not exceeding size of 3 MB) (All completed as per sample kept to the ILO RMGP registry for this purpose).
