EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: In accordance with City Council direction, this report is submitted on a monthly basis to identify new development applications received by the Development Services Department. Between March 16, 2013, and April 15, 2013, the following applications were received by the Department: New Development- 7 applications including 1 Pre-Application Home Occupation Permit - 5 applications Special Activity Permit - 6 applications Sign Permit- 5 applications Banner Permit- 7 applications Tree Removal Permit- 5 applications Zoning Confirmation - 3 applications A detailed summary of the development applications as well as a location map are provided as attachments to this agenda report.
