2 March, 0 AM to :00PM New Martinsville Methodist Church Registration Cost: $.00 (covers the cost of materials, belt loops/cards and lunch.) Registration must be into Council Office by March, 0. Each Scout will earn two adventures or electives at this event. Late Registration: We will register scouts the day of the event, but we cannot guarantee the class choice or awards. All late registrations will receive their belt loops after the event. They can pick up at the Council Office. Late Registration fee the day of the event is $.00. Please register for a st, nd, and rd choice. We will do our best to honor your st and nd choice. All class sizes will be limited to - scouts. We want to keep the dens small so the boys will enjoy their adventure day experience. It is the responsibility of the Cubmaster to submit an advancement report to the Council Office after this event. We are in need of volunteers to help run stations, prepare lunch and help set up and clean up. If you can provide help please let us know.
