3 HAVE YOU ALREADY MADE A SITE DEPOSIT? START ON THE CAMPING PAGE IF YES click Lookup Registration to access it online IF NO click Register for the week you d like to attend 3 3/7/2017

4 ALREADY MADE A SITE DEPOSIT? IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY MADE A SITE DEPOSIT, THEN SKIP AHEAD TO PAGE 8! To access your registration, enter your address and registration number and click Login If you ve forgotten your registration number, enter your address and click Me 4 3/7/2017

5 CONFIRM YOUR ESTIMATED COUNTS YOUR SITE DEPOSIT INCLUDED AN ESTIMATED NUMBER OF YOUTH AND ADULTS Now you must confirm those counts Adjust the youth and adults as necessary Click Confirm Attendees 5 3/7/2017

6 CONTINUE CONFIRMATION PROCESS YOUTH AND ADULT NAMES ARE OPTIONAL AT THIS TIME, BUT ENTER THEM IF YOU KNOW THEM Then click Click Here to Continue Note the Paying Now boxes. This is the amount you re paying on each Scout and Adult 6 3/7/2017

7 PAY FOR CONFIRMED SCOUTS AND ADULTS Enter your billing information Click the I have read checkbox Pay by echeck or choose the mail-in option Click Finalize Payment to complete 7 3/7/2017

8 START ON THE CAMPING PAGE IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY MADE A SITE DEPOSIT, START HERE TO MAKE A NEW REGISTRATION After clicking the Register button, you re asked to choose your number of Youth and Adults Then click the Register Now button to start 8 3/7/2017

9 REGISTER AS A GUEST OR BY USING MYROSTER MAKING A NEW REGISTRATION Anybody can register as a guest. Simply enter your first name, last name, and address You will be the Registration Contact for this registration Alternatively click Register with myroster 9 3/7/2017

10 WHAT IS MYROSTER? MYROSTER ALLOWS ANYONE TO CREATE A SAVED ROSTER Could be a Scoutmaster creating a roster of the entire Troop Could be a Den Leader creating a roster of just their Den Could be a parent creating a roster for just their family Could be an individual who registers for lots of events WHY? Ease of data entry. With myroster you enter or upload Scout and Adult information one time, then use it when making future registrations For an existing roster, enter your and password and click Login If you don t have one but want to create one, click on Create a myroster 10 3/7/2017

11 ENTER YOUR UNIT INFORMATION THIS IS STILL THE REGISTRATION CONTACT INFORMATION, AS WELL AS UNIT-LEVEL SELECTIONS Be sure to pick your campsite AND place your Scouts and Adults in the site Tell us if you ll arrive early Then click Continue to move onto Scout information 11 3/7/2017

12 NOW FILL IN YOUR SCOUT AND ADULT INFORMATION START BY CLICKING THE ATTENDEES CHEVRON (TAB) Click on an Attendee Link to expand that attendee, or click the Expand button to expand all attendees Enter the information as required When ready, click on Checkout to finish 12 3/7/2017

13 COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION BY CHECKING OUT YOU LL BE REQUIRED TO PAY AT LEAST THE MINIMUM DUE AT THE TIME All payments must be allocated to the Scouts and Adults, because the system tracks how much is paid on each attendee Then click Begin Checkout to pay 13 3/7/2017

16 SELECT YOUR CLASSES FROM THE LIST CHOOSING MERIT BADGES Select a class by clicking on it, which immediately moves it to your selections Note that to prevent double-bookings, all conflicting classes are immediately removed from the list on the right. In this example, Cycling starts in Period 1 but lasts all morning, so only Period 4 and later classes are now in the available list To remove a selection, simply click it in your list to move it back to the other list 16 3/7/2017
