See image belw fr details. Frgt yur username/passwrd? Tap r click "Frgt Username r Passwrd," and then supply yur user address (typically yur schl address). Yur lgin details will be sent t the supplied address. Please nte the will be frm nreply@ibsc.myentice.cm, s please be sure t add this t yur safe-senders list. If yu dn t see an within a few minutes f submitting the lst passwrd request, check yur spam/junk flder. If yu dn't a have a user accunt assciated with yur Schl, yur schl's IBSC Admin (usually Schl Head r PA) can create ne fr yu. Or, cmplete Create New Accunt by fllwing steps belw. Create New Accunt Tap r click "Create New Accunt," and cmplete the Create Accunt Frm. Yu will autmatically be lgged in t the hme page f the IBSC website. T return t the IBSC Member Prtal, tap r cick Member Prtal in the tp nav bar. Please keep a nte f the username and passwrd yu created when setting up yur accunt. Yur username is the address used when setting up yur accunt. Yur passwrd is the ne used when setting up yur accunt. An accunt setup verificatin will be sent t the address supplied. Please nte the will be frm nreply@ibsc.myentice.cm, s please be sure t add this t yur safe-senders list. This will nt cntain yur lgin credentials, s please nte the username and passwrd yu created when setting up yur accunt. We will verify yur accunt and assciate it it with yur schl/rg withing 48 hurs. 2 MEMBER PROFILE UPDATES We ask that all IBSC Members (schls, assciatins, rganizatins, etc) as well as member cnstituent users (i.e. schl persnnel) peridically review their prfiles fr accuracy, and update as necessary. T make these updates, please fllw the instructins belw. Next up: Update User Prfile

3 Update Persnal Prfile All member cnstituent users (i.e. staff within IBSC member schls and rganizatins) are able t update their user prfile. After lgging in, please review and update as necessary yur individual user prfile (including address, schl psitin, pht, and passwrd) by tapping/clicking yur name in the upper left crner f the Update Prfile page (r any Member Prtal page). Update User Drpdwn Menu Click n Prfile t edit infrmatin in yur user prfile.

4 Prfile Screen Update Menu Via each tab in the User Prfile Screen, yu may make all changes t yur user accunt. 1. My Prfile Update yur general user infrmatin. 2. My Picture Uplad/change yur pht. 3. My Accunt Change yur passwrd. 4. My Subscriptins Review yur IBSC subscriptins (entify). IMPORTANT! T save any changes, be sure t TAP/CLICK UPDATE PROFILE when finished updating. 5 Main Member Accunt: Update Schl/Organizatin Prfile Only admin users (Heads, PAs, Assciatin Executives, and ther designated administratrs) have the ability t update their Schl/Organizatin prfile. If yu are authrized t have admin rights fr yur schl r rganizatin, but currently d nt have this access, please cntact us at ibsc@theibsc.rg. After lgging in, please verify yur schl/rganizatin prfile via yur schl accunt link n the Update Prfile page. See image belw fr details. We ask that yu peridically cmplete the fllwing husekeeping tasks: Update schl/rganizatin prfile T review SCHOOL/ORGANIZATION prfile, tap/click "edit yur member prfile" abve, then make yur updates n the edit screen that appears. Please make certain that infrmatin abut schl website, address, type, enrlment, grades, religius affiliatin, etc. is crrect fr the current year Update infrmatin fr existing persnnel T edit the infrmatin fr EXISTING PERSONNEL, tap/click the pencil t the right f the name f the persn yu wish t review. Make the necessary updates n the edit screen that appears. Add new persnnel t yur schl rster T add NEW PERSONNEL, tap/click the (+) next t the persn-type(head f Schl, Deputy Head, etc.) yu wish t add, then cmplete the infrmatin n the edit screen that appears. 7 Main Member Accunt: Add r Edit Career Pstings Schl Heads, Assciatin Executives, and PAs are the default administratrs with rights t update their Schl/Organizatin prfile, add schl cntacts, and submit career pstings. If yu r anther member f yur staff shuld have this access, please let us knw at ibsc@theibsc.rg. Review this screencast fr instructins n submitting career pstings.
