2 FBL Inbound Process and Rules Raise FBL inbound request (PO) through seller center Please request PO at least 2 days before your inbound date *Request after 4pm would be deemed as next day request Quantity requested should not exceed 3-4 weeks sales FBL will approve PO request within 2 working days Approved PO documents will be send to your registered On the delivery day, please bring your PO documents and Delivery Note *Lazada warehouse reserved the rights to reject delivered products without accompanying PO documents *FBL team reserved the rights to reject PO request that does not meet stated policy

3 Products Eligible to do FBL Products that are eligible must not: Weight not exceeding 20 kg Longest dimension not exceeding 1m 1 metre Not flammable Not illegal products or products that cannot be sold freely

6 How to request FBL Inbound (PO) 3 3. Search for products with seller sku and click from drop down to select 4 4. Type the quantity (*should not exceed 3-4 weeks sales coverage) Select Send to Lazada Warehouse 6. Select the date and time for product delivery (*delivery date should be at least 2 days after PO request date) 7. To add second product, please repeat from 3. by searching seller sku again

16 How to check the status of Inbound request Check Status of Requested PO 1. at: Products > Fulfillment by Lazada > Send to warehouse Submit PO request submitted, waiting for approval from FBL team Accepted PO has been approved by FBL team Rejected PO has been rejected by FBL team, please see comment for rejected reason and for new recommended amount (if any) Inbound - approved by FBL team, waiting to inbound item to warehouse Please contact PSC/KAM in the case of: *PO is not approved within 2 working days *PO is not inbound>received status within 3 working days after inbound date Partially Received PO closed quantity inbound not full number of PO Received PO closed Cancelled by Seller

20 Warehouse Inbound Rules Expiry date must not be less than 1 year = Products match picture and description on website Has PO documents 4 Packaging Packaging must be completely sealed and not easily broken/torn Packaging box must not be damaged/deformed No stickers blocking manufacturing barcode One packaging per one item For bundle/set items, items must be completely securely sealed with each other and cannot be removed into individual pieces
