2 PREPARE SKU DOWNLOA D SAMPLE FILE See how to install Open Office here Maximum 100 SKUs Max 3000 items/file *If SKU are still currently being sold, the returned quantity will varies depends on speed of selling of the SKU (Usually less than the amount on the request ) SKU quantity might varies* 2

4 1 2 Click Product > Export data > Choose the category to download the SKU name list you want to mass upload Right click on the file and open with OpenOffice Calc 4

5 Available Stock is the remained amount of purchasable stock in LZD Warehouse Press Ctrl + A > Ctrl +Shift +L to filter > Choose Column G to sort from largest to lowest Use SKU in column B to fill in the template later Use the Available Stock in Column G to input the return quantity. Input should be equal or less than this amount 5

6 5 6 Click Home > Products > Fulfillment by Lazada > Return from Warehouse > Import Choose Return from Warehouse Template to download 6

7 Set Character set as Unicode (UTF-8) 2. Separator Options Semicolon to read the file in the right format 3. Click OK Open the file and tick all the fields as above Click File > Save as > Choose any folder you want to save it to edit the file > Save (Original file will be Read-only type 7

8 Input all the SKU you want to withdraw from LZD a) Delivery type Send: If you want LZD to return stock at your WH (Warehouse) Pickup: If you want to pick up stock at LZD WH by yourself b) Shipping Date Date have to be in the following format: [' :10:00]. This is the date you expect to be at WH if choosing pickup c) Comment Input your WH address + Phone no if you choose Send d) Seller SKU Use the Seller SKU in the sheet you downloaded earlier e) Requested Input the amount of stock needed to be inbound per SKU 1. Max 100 SKU/ file 2. New SKU quantity are recommended at items/ SKU Input all the required fields Click File > Save 8

9 11 12 Click Products > Fulfillment by Lazada > Fulfillment Products > Return from Warehouse > Import > Upload Files Click Upload Files > Folder you store your saved file 9

10 13 14 Correct file will be uploaded successfully on the system and indicated in the PO List as below 10

12 1 2 Click Home > Products > Fulfillment by Lazada > Export Right click on the file and open with Excel
