1 Example of the App Android App ios App Take Note: The SA Army Foundation App is already installed on your Tablet. If you would like to install the App on any other device; please follow the How the App works steps below. How the App works Landing Page You can either Login (clients who are already registered) or Regsiter if you just downloaded the App Registration Page Registration Process: Should you have difficulty logging in please contact the SA Army Foundation Mobile Department To Register you must supply: * ID Number * Service Number (Force Number without suffix) * Cell Phone Number After registration you can enjoy the one stop APP for easy access to information and webpages. Important: If you have already registered on the SA Army Foundation website you can use it to Log In to the App

2 Logged In Member You will now be able to: * Send and Receive Messages * View Benefit Information * Go Directly to the Credit Solutions website and apply directly for a loan * Go directly to the SA Army Foundation webpage * View your personal Information Messages This tool will be used to send Pop-upMe messages to members from the SA Army Foundation or members can use it to contact the SA Army Foundation. Messages will land on a Central Messaging Database and will be escalated and handled from there. Benefit Information In the Benefit Information field the member will be able to view their total cover and premium per month. Members will be able to send a request to change their benefit information.

3 SA Army Foundation Webpage The SA Army Foundation logo on the Menu screen will take you directly to the website of the SA Army Foundaiton. Client will be able to browse through the website. [Army Foundation] PayDay Loans The Credit Solutions logo on the Menu screen will take you directly to the website of Maxi Credit Solutions. Client will be able to browse through the website AND APPLY ONLINE for loans. Personal Information In this field the member will be able to view Personal Information. Members will be able to send a request to change their Personal information. If you would like to update your details click on the Change button. Change Personal Information Members can now send a request change for their Personal Information. It s Easy! Click the Change button to update your details. Once you have completed updating your details, click on the Submit Changes button. The request will be sent to a dedicated employee to update your details. Members will be able to receive communication from the SA Army Foundation and can be accessed on: Tablets Smartphones Laptops and more How to Set Up your on other Devices For any Apple Product: I-Phone I-Pad Mac Book Enter Account Information Please enter the correct details Settings Go to Settings and open Mail, Contacts, Calenders Click to open address: YOURforcenumber@myarmyfoundation.co.za password: YOUR ID number EXAMPLE: @myarmyfoundation.co.za Password: Add Account Click to add 5 Account Type Choose Google as your account type 6 Finish You are now up and running address: After these few steps your mailbox should be up and running.
