2 User Defaults Some default settings for new ipage users will be updated as part of this release. Please see below for the CURRENT and FUTURE settings that are affected. Users can always manage these settings (and more) using My Account / Change Settings. 3 Selection Lists Folders The January ipage release included the new ability to enable a foldering structure for Selection Lists. This feature is controlled by a setting under My Account / Change Settings called Enable Folders. The February release contains a few follow-on items to the Folder enhancement. Change to verbiage on selection list of lists page regarding Folders When folders are ON for a customer, the verbiage at the top of the selection list page has been updated to read: Ingram Lists folder and changes for Program Lists When a user has Folders ON, any lists delivered by Ingram that are tied to Standing Order / New Title Notification programs are routed to the INGRAM folder by default. Users were having trouble finding these lists because the Display dropdown was not showing all lists in the Ingram folder and because the notification that alerts users to the presence of new lists did not consider the new Folder structure. Users now have an option to use a Display of All Lists in this Folder. This will be the default for the Ingram folder. Users can also set this as the default Display for all selection lists in My Account / Change Settings. The verbiage in the alerting users of a new Standing Order / New Title Notification list has been updated to consider the Folder structure. BUG: Print Version of selection list of list page with folders enabled returns error No Lists Found Fixes an issue where users have Folders set to ON and user tries to generate a Print Version of the main List of Lists page.

4 Enable List Locks on Create List Page Selection lists in ipage include the ability to lock the list on a certain date. This optional functionality has been added to the Create List page so that users can designate these lock dates on the front end, as needed: Back to Top

5 Ordering Enable Price this List from Quick Order Cart The Quick Order Cart now contains the ability to get customer-specific discount information visibility before placing the order. This feature already exists for Selection Lists. When clicked, the system calls out to get this account s discount information and updates the page accordingly. Back to Top

6 Gifts! Did you know Ingram sells gift and game items? To add gift and game to your searches, check the Gift dropdown option in the simple search area. You can also select Gift as a product type you automatically search by updating your settings in My Account / Change Settings. Simple Search With the February release of ipage, we have enhanced the Gifts landing page accessed from Browse / Gifts.

7 The new Gifts landing page showcases Gifts in several categories, including: Featured Titles Just Released Coming Soon Further, the user can use the refinement options to see Gifts tied only to certain Supplier(s), specific BISAC or Christian categories, or in a designated price range.
