1 SINDH IRRIGATION & DRAINAGE AUTHORITY HYDERABAD, PAKISTAN SINDH WATER SECTOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE-1 (WSIP) REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The Government of Sindh has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) to implement the Sindh Water Sector Improvement Project Phase-I. These funds will be utilized for rehabilitation of the Main Canals, Branch Canals and Distributaries/ Minors and their structures, capacity development of institutions involved in implementation of the project. SIDA invites separate quotations for the following Goods / Works: 1. Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Video Conferencing Equipments including LED with Complete Setup of Video Conferencing System in the office of Project Coordination & Monitoring Unit, Karachi. 2. Supply of Stationery for SIDA Secretariat Hyderabad. 3. Repair and Maintenance of Video Conferencing System at SIDA Secretariat Hyderabad. Complete details of required goods / works along with quantity and specification are available on our official websites and The reputed sales tax and income tax registered Firms / Companies having previous experience of supplying above goods / work may quote their competitive prices separately for each item as per serial number 1, 2 and 3 inclusive of all applicable taxes on or before 19 th November, The received quotations shall be evaluated as per Shopping method under World Bank s Procurement Guidelines. The acceptable terms & conditions of the lowest responsive quotation shall be incorporated in the purchase order. The goods / works are required within two weeks after issuance of Purchase Order. The quotations with complete details from the companies /Firms may be addressed to the Project Director WSIP-I and submitted to the address given bellow. Conditional Quotations will not be accepted.
