Your Backup Camera System is desiged to provide you with may years of trouble-free. Istallatio Locatio I some jurisdictios, it is ulawful for a perso to drive a motor vehicle equipped with a TV viewer or scree located forward of the back of the driver's seat or i ay locatio that is visible, directly or idirectly, to the driver while operatig the vehicle. The Backup Camera System is iteded to be istalled as a supplemet aid to your stadard rearview mirror that exist i your vehicle. The Backup Camera System is ot iteded for use as a substitute for rear-view mirror or for ay other motor vehicle 3

4 WARNING SAFETY PRECAUTIONS The moitor should be situated away from direct su light, heat, water or moisture. (This product is made with precise electroic compoets that should be hadled with care. Do ot let it fail because of improper use. Make sure the moitor stad is firmly fixed to secure locatio. Make a hole o vehicle body if ecessary, of 3/4 for the camera extesio cable coector to pass through durig istallatio. Please take special care to the wire positioig while istallig the rear view system i order to avoid wirig damage. Iformatio The rear view system is iteted to be used whe the vehicle is i reverse. Please do ot watch movies or operate the moitor while drivig. It may result i accidet because of distractio. Do ot istall the moitor where it may obstruct drivers view or obstruct a air bag device. Do ot attempt to service this product o your ow. If the system has ay problem, please discoect power to the uit ad cotact customer service. Droppig the uit may cause possible mechaical failure. 5 BEFORE YOU BEGIN INTALLATION: Before Drillig please check that o cable or wirig is o other side of wall. Please clamp all wires securely to reduce the possibility of them beig damaged while vehicle is i use. Keep all cables away from hot or movig parts ad electrical oisy compoets. We recommed doig a Bechmark test before istallatios to isure that all compoets are workig properly. Step 1 Choose the moitor ad camera locatios. Step 2 Istall all cables i vehicle, whe ecessary a ¾ (19mm) hole should be drilled for passig camera cable through vehicles walls. Istall split grommets where applicable. Tep 3 Oce all cable/ ad wirig have bee properly placed ad routed, perform a system fuctio test by temporarily coectig the system. If the system seems to ot be operatig properly see troubleshootig. Step 4 Backup camera used for moitorig while backig up must be coected to port # labeled Backup ad blue trigger wire must be coected to reverse gear fuse circuit. 5

This warraty is void if: defects i materials or workmaship or damages result from repairs or alteratios which have bee made or attempted by others or the uauthorized use of ocoformig parts; the damage is due to ormal ware ad tear, this damage is due to abuse, improper maiteace, eglect or accidet: or the damage is do to use of the Rear View Safety Ic. system after partial failure or use with improper accessories.
