There are amp hookups on the hill on the east side of the arena and lots of 30 amp hookups in the barn area. Hookups are $20 per night, payment due with entry. If you use two 30 amp spots, or a 30 amp and a 20 amp to create a 50 amp connection, you will be charged for two spots, or $40 per night. The facility does not count RVs, they count the number of outlets being used. There are no assigned spots, it is first come. From I-65 (south of ashville): PLEAE CLEA UP AFTER YUR DG()!! Directions to Trial ite Take exit # 61, Peytonsville Rd. Go east on Peytonsville Rd. TUR LEFT at the first street, which is Long Lane. Clinic is approximately 0.8 mile on the right before you get to Cool prings Blvd. otes: The building will be open for exhibitor set up after 1:00 pm on Wednesday before the trial. It will be closed at 8 p.m. o crates or dollies may be brought in through the front door. et up may begin EARLIER than 1:00 pm, except for those that are helping with ring set up. Please see the crating instructions below. The building will open at 6 am on Thursday through unday, and will close at 8 pm. Exhibitors with dogs that need to be measured are responsible for ensuring that their dog is measured prior to their first run of the weekend. Failure to do so may result in removal of qualifying runs. There will be several AKC Volunteer Measuring fficials on site to measure for height cards. Concessions will be available on site and vouchers that can be used in the concession stand or at vendors' booths will be provided to volunteers. Move-ups must be provided to the Trial ecretary in writing (fax, or U Mail) by 6:00 pm on Monday before the trial. Move ups resulting from this trial will be accepted from day to day. We still need volunteers to help work! Volunteers will be provided with lunch. chedule (all Days) Thursday and aturday: Dogs will be run high to low. Friday and unday: Dogs will be run low to high Thursday: FAT will run first in the WW ring in the order of Exc/Master, pen and ovice. Master/Excellent will walk, followed immediately by pen and ovice walking together. They will then run consecutively with no break between classes. This will be followed by WW classes in the order of ovice, pen and Exc/Master. T2B will run first in the td ring, followed by the td classes in the order of Exc/Master, pen, and ovice. Friday: td ring will run in the order of pen and ovice FAT (walk together) and run consecutively, followed by ovice, pen, and Exc/Master td, and Premier td. The WW ring will start at 9:00 and will run in the order of Exc/Master FAT, followed by Premier, Exc/Master, pen and ovice WW. Friday and unday the Master WW class will start with the 20 dogs, followed by 24, 4/8, 12 and 16 inch dogs. n aturday the Master WW class will start with the 16 dogs, followed by the 12, 8/4, 24 and 20 dogs. Due to an overload situation on Friday, in order to more evenly distribute the judging load, Linda yner will judge ovice WW after she has finished with Premier td. As stated in the otice to Exhibitors section, the building will be open for crating at 1 PM. For the Club to ensure there are plenty of workers to unload the equipment trailer, we will allow early crating for workers who help with unloading and ring set up. We know that some people like to drop by the trial site early to set up their crating areas, but don't have the time or ability to help with the trailer unloading and ring set up. DTC will once again allow early crating for a fee of $10 per mat. If you want to set up your crates early and you cannot stay to help unload the trailer, you will be charged $10 per mat that you put down. Early crating time will be 11 AM.- 1 PM. Unloading/ring set-up will begin at 1 PM. If you can volunteer to help unload the trailer and set up the rings, you will: ot be charged for early set up! Get worker bucks! Be entered in a drawing for 1 free day of entries for 1 dog to any DTC agility trial in the next 12 months! Be entered in cash drawings! Earn our undying gratitude! Help us set a new record for speed of unloading and setup! We will have committee members at the site to monitor the entrance door, collect money, and keep the names of the volunteers willing to help prepare for the trial. Remember no crates, no dollies, and no dogs are allowed in and out the front doors of the building per Ag Center rules. This is a combined event, so crating will be tighter than usual.
