There are amp hookups on the hill on the east side of the arena and lots of 30 amp hookups in the barn area. Hookups are $20 per night, payment due with entry. If you use two 30 amp spots, or a 30 amp and a 20 amp to create a 50 amp connection, you will be charged for two spots, or $40 per night. The facility does not count RVs, they count the number of outlets being used. There are no assigned spots, it is first come. We have lots of RVs coming to this trial. Please conserve space for your fellow exhibitors by pulling (or backing) straight in to all spots. PLEASE CLEA UP AFTER YUR DG(S)!! Directions to Trial Site From I-65 (south of ashville): Take exit # 61, Peytonsville Rd. Go east on Peytonsville Rd. TUR LEFT at the first street, which is Long Lane. Facility is on the right. n Call Veterinarian: Animal Health Center of Franklin, 400 Eddy Lane, Franklin, T (615) Take I-65 to exit 65, T-96 W toward Franklin. Go 2 miles to Eddy Lane on the right (at a stop light). Turn right, and clinic is.4 miles on the left. After hours emergency care: Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners, 3020 Mallory Lane, Franklin, T Take I-65 to Exit 69. Turn west. Turn left on Mallory Lane. Clinic on the left next to Lowes. otes: The building will be open for exhibitor set up after 3:00 pm on Wednesday before the trial. It will be closed at 8 p.m. o crates or dollies may be brought in through the front door. Set up may begin EARLIER than 3:00 pm, except for those that are helping with ring set up or those paying for early crating. Please see the special crating instructions below. The building will open at 6 am on Thursday through Sunday and will close at 8 pm. Exhibitors are responsible for any items left at the show site. We will not have exhibitor numbers at this trial. Therefore, there is no check in required. Exhibitors with dogs that need to be measured are responsible for ensuring that their dog is measured prior to their first run of the weekend. Failure to do so may result in removal of qualifying runs. There will be several AKC Volunteer Measuring fficials on site to measure for height cards. A list of the VM's will be published and available at the ribbon table. Concessions will be available on site. A voucher for use at the concession stand or vendors will be provided to volunteers. Wifi is available onsite. The Wifi password will be posted at the ribbon table. Move-ups must be provided to the Trial Secretary in writing (fax, or US Mail) by 6:00 pm on Monday before the trial. Move-ups resulting from this trial will be accepted from day to day. We still need volunteers to help work! Volunteers will be provided with $5 vouchers for the first class worked each day which may be used for lunch or vendors during the trial weekend only. $2 vouchers will be given for each additional class worked each day which may be used for any future DTC event for the next year. If you haven't volunteered, please volunteer on site.

First Judge s briefing of the day will be 15 minutes before the ring start time. Please note that the JWW ring on Sunday is starting at 8:15. In order to avoid ring conflicts, on Saturday the JWW Excellent/Master class will start with 16 inches, followed by 12, 8, 4, 24 and 20. n Sunday, Excellent/Master JWW will start with 20 inches followed by 24, 4, 8, 12 and 16. 3 SPECIAL TICE T ALL EXHIBITRS There are many tight spaces entrances/exits, and corridors at our site. Please remember to control YUR dog at all times and respect the space of other dogs and exhibitors. Situational awareness is imperative. All dogs must be on leash at all times except when in the ring or when in the designated agility warm-up area. Leashes must be six feet long or less. Retractable leashes used in and around the building must be in a locked position at a maximum six-foot length. In addition, dogs are no longer allowed to SIT in the aisle way between the two rings. Chairs are still allowed for spectators, but dogs are no longer allowed in this area except to travel to and from crating. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with these requests. IMPRTAT IFRMATI ABUT EARLY CRATIG AD SETUP --PLEASE READ! As stated in the otice to Exhibitors section of the premium, the building will be open for crating at 3 pm. For the Club to ensure there are plenty of workers to unload the equipment trailer, we will allow free early crating for workers who help with unloading and ring set up. Because some people like to drop by at lunch to set up their crating areas but don t have the time or ability to help with the trailer unloading and ring set up, DTC will allow those people to set up early for a fee of $10 per mat. Therefore, if you want to set up between 1 and 3 p.m., you must either volunteer to help with the ring set up or pay $10 per mat that you put down. Prior to 1 pm LY committee members may set up. If you can volunteer to help unload the trailer and set up the rings, you will: ot be charged for early set up! Get worker bucks Be entered in a drawing for 1 free day of entries for 1 dog to any DTC agility trial in the next 12 months Be entered in cash drawings Earn our undying gratitude Help us set a new record for speed of unloading and setup. The truck should be there about 3 p.m. to start unloading. If we get enough help it shouldn t take more than an hour. We will also need people to stay after the trial is over on Sunday afternoon to pack up all the equipment. You will receive worker bucks and be included in another drawing for one free day of entries for any DTC agility trial for the next year. Remember no crates, no dollies, and no dogs are allowed in and out the front doors of the building per Ag Center rules. Thanks in advance for your help!
