3 REQUIREMENTS & HARDWARE SPECS SWINGTIP APP Free download from itunes ios 7.0+ SWINGTIP APP COMPATIBLE DEVICE iphone 4, 4S or 5 ipod Touch 5th Gen ipad 2 or greater ipad Mini ios 7.0+ CELLULAR 4G SERVICE With any major carrier 4 GB Monthly Data Plan Recommended for coaches averaging 2-hours of MobiCoaching per day and an average of 22-days per month. Note: Based on a 40MB per session estimate of a 30 minute session. WI-FI CONNECTION Optional Strong Wi-Fi connection can be used instead of cellular BLUETOOTH HEADSET Optional If coach is providing a session from a public place and wants to maintain a private conversation SWINGTIP APP Enables a live, remote coaching session between student and coach A coach-initiated feature the app allows the coach to remotely record a video of the student (no sensor necessary) SWINGTIP APP & OPTIONAL SENSOR Enables a live, remote coaching session between student and coach Students that use the SwingTIP sensor/app for swing capture will be able to share video + 3D swing animation, speed and tempo with the coach during the lesson.

5 CREATING YOUR MOBICOACH ACCOUNT CREATE MOBICOACH ACCOUNT PROFILE (WITHOUT A SENSOR) #1 #2 Create an Account Profile at: Log into MobiCoach account with username ( address) and password (IMPORTANT: On your Apple Mobile Device; not PC or MAC) #3 Go to itunes to download the SwingTIP app #4 Tap on the SwingTIP icon to open the app #5 Tap on the LOGIN menu item and enter the username and password

6 CREATING YOUR MOBICOACH ACCOUNT CREATE MOBICOACH ACCOUNT PROFILE (WITH A SWINGTIP SENSOR) #1 #2 tapping Charge sensor for up 2-hours the day of use or until power LED turns a solid Green Pair SwingTIP sensor to iphone or ipad in Settings / Bluetooth by on sensor ID #3 Align holster on club shaft a 1/4 inch below the grip. Lift sight-lever and make sure that it is parallel with the grooves on your clubface prior to sliding on the SwingTIP sensor. #4 Create an Account Profile at: #5 Log into MobiCoach account with username ( address) and password (IMPORTANT: On your Apple Mobile Device; not PC or MAC) #6 Go to itunes to download the SwingTIP app #7 Tap on the SwingTIP icon to open the app #8 Tap on the LOGIN menu item and enter the username and password

7 SETTING UP YOUR SWINGTIP #1 CHARGE SWINGTIP SENSOR Charge SwingTIP sensor for up to 2-hours or until the power LED turns a solid green the day of use :: Recommend charging the SwingTIP with your USB charging adapter that came with your iphone or ipad #2 PAIR YOUR SWINGTIP SENSOR Pair SwingTIP sensor in Bluetooth Settings on iphone or ipad :: Tap on Settings icon on home screen :: Tap on Bluetooth (make sure that is turned On ) :: From the list of available devices, tap on the SwingTIP sensor ID to pair the sensor Note: It should indicate that it is connected. #3 ALIGN YOUR HOLSTER/SENSOR Align holster/sensor properly on club shaft :: Attach holster a 1/4 just below the grip :: Make sure the white club on the side of the holster is in the down position :: On the holster, Lift up the sight lever and look through the slit to align it parallel to the grooves on the club face :: Secure the two clasps in place and slide on the SwingTIP sensor Note: If the holster moves freely on the shaft after the clasps are latched, please reinstall the holster with one of the supplied fitting shims for a tighter fit

8 SCHEDULING WITH YOUR COACH SCHEDULE A MOBICOACH LESSON #1 #2 Login at the same MobiCoach portal URL: mobicoach.com Click on COACHING in the upper right side of the screen #3 Review coaches bios, rates and schedule availabilty #4 Find a coach and day/time convenient for your lesson and schedule the lesson #5 Tap on Pay Securely #6 Tap on Pay to book your lesson using PayPal account or credit card #7 Tap on Continue button, followed by Confirm Payment on the following screen NOTE: YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A SESSION NOTIFICATION ON YOUR APPLE MOBILE DEVICE WHEN THE SESSION IS BOOKED.

9 REAL TIME SESSION ON YOUR DEVICE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS TO START SESSION (GOLFER) GOLFER WITHOUT SWINGTIP SENSOR #1 Launch SwingTIP app #2 Tap on 3-bars in Upper Left corner of screen (MAIN menu) #3 Tap on Settings #4 Enable Coach Initiated Video #5 Upon receiving session Alert to start session, tap on Call to join session GOLFER WITH SWINGTIP SENSOR #1 Upon receiving session Alert to start session, tap on Call to join session #2 Turn on sensor and Bluetooth to pair with Apple mobile device #3 Attach sensor s holster ¼ inch below grip. Use pop-up sight lever to align the holster with the grooves on the clubface, close clasps, and slide on sensor. #4 Launch SwingTIP app #6 Tap on 3-bars in Upper Left corner of screen (MAIN menu) #8 Enable Practice Mode, if student is indoors and unable to strike a golf ball #5 #7 #9 Tap on desired club family: Driver, Iron or Wood Tap on Settings & Enable Coach Initiated Video Upon receiving session Alert to start session, tap on Call to join session

10 VIDEO RECORDING SETUP SETUP TO VIDEO RECORD YOUR SWING PROPERLY #1 #2 On Swing screen, tap on the video camera icon (top right) Mount your iphone or ipad on a holster/rod or tripod approx feet from your address position Use the front facing camera to set-up in the screen so your coach can video record your swings (get into a square-on address or front #3view position)

13 COACH STUDENT TWO-WAY VOIP COMMUNICATION BETWEEN COACH AND GOLFER YOU AND YOUR COACH ARE ABLE TO TALK THROUGHOUT THE LESSON.

14 TAP ON CAPTURE VIDEO STUDENT SEES COUNT DOWN BEFORE 8 SEC. VIDEO IS TAKEN. COACH STUDENT COACH INITIATED VIDEO CAPTURE IF YOU RE USING A SWINGTIP SENSOR, THEN IT WILL CAPTURE AND SHARE YOUR SWINGS AUTOMATICALLY WITH THE COACH. IF YOU RE ONLY USING THE SWINGTIP APP, THEN THE COACH WILL VIDEO RECORD YOUR SWINGS REMOTELY. USE THE 8 SECOND COUNTDOWN TO GET IN YOUR PERFECT ADDRESS POSITION. USE THE 5 SECOND COUNT DOWN TO GET IN YOUR ADDRESS POSITION.

15 COACH STUDENT SWING CAPTURE AND SHARING HAPPENS IN UNDER A MINUTE BETWEEN YOU AND THE COACH. YOUR SWINGS ARE UPLOADED TO THE MOBICOACH CLOUD AND THEN DOWNLOADED ONTO THE COACHES IPAD.

16 COACH STUDENT COACH IS ABLE TO REVIEW YOUR VIDEOS AT THREE SPEEDS AS WELL AS STOP ON KEY FRAMES. 1X - FULL SPEED 0.5X - HALF TIME SPEED 0.25X - QUARTER SPEED NOTE: GOLFER WILL BE ABLE TO WATCH COACH SCROLL THROUGH THE VIDEO STOP/START ON FRAMES.

20 COACH STUDENT A COUNTDOWN TIMER IS PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE REAL-TIME COACHING SESSION. IT WILL START TO FLASH WHEN THE SESSION IS NEAR THE END OF ITS TIME

21 REVIEWING PAST REAL-TIME COACHING REVIEW PAST REAL-TIME COACHING SESSION DATA #1 In the SwingTIP app, go to Home screen and tap on Review to see your swing history #2 Checkmark the swings you want to review, and then tap the play button on the top of the screen #3 Scroll through the swings by swiping the screen from left-to-right. For each swing, tap on the video icon to see the video that was captured #4 Tap on Pen to view any white-boarding notes that were captured on that specific swing during the Real-time Coaching session #5 Tap on Home text in the upper left hand corner of the screen to exit to the Main Session menu
