After the few hiccups we had with Telstra and the server cabinet, everything went smoothly and we were up and running in no time, without any issues from the IT sides of things. With their advice and expertise it made our move easy. It s a pleasure dealing with staff from a company that doesn t make my life more difficult!! I should also have that old server cabinet picked up and over to our new office today/tomorrow. Once I ve cleaned it etc, I ll let you know so we can organise to get it picked up and back to the supplier!! Once again thanks heaps to you and your staff. I know that you guys are extremely busy and this is a quick note. It is not very often that you are told that you and your staff are doing a great job by customers, so hopefully this will brighten the day. The guys are always friendly when in our building even though their heavy workload and they also take the time to explain things to me (even if they need to explain several times or step me through things), which I do appreciate. Their happy and friendly manner also passes onto us when we are having a crappy day too. This extends to all your staff. Thanks to you and your staff, our organisation is running more efficiently due to the dedication to service of our IT. I enjoy working with you guys for these reasons and hope to continue to do so. Hopefully I will learn more as time goes on. I would like to everyone involved for ensuring that the Training computers were working perfectly for the training that occurred over the last two days.
