1 Product information Page 1/10 Illustration splice VIK closed Product description Properties: Wall-mount housing with two lockable swing doors, two different locks to separate network and building cabling. Easy, space saving wall mounting. The cable management area offers easy access and a secure routing of pigtails or VIKs. Cable entries in different shapes allow for a very flexible cable feeding and the cable can be inserted from top or bottom. Between 1 and 8 cables or 1 and 3 VIKs can be inserted, depending on the size of the distributor. More cable entries can be ordered as additional accessory if this should not be enough. Patch cords can be easily inserted from top or bottom through the foam cable entry in the patch area. If these cable entries are exchanged it is also possible to connect VIKs from the patch area (see optional accessories). Available in two sizes: Size S for up to 48 plug connections Size M for up to 96 plug connections Each size is available in two variants: Variant splice: with adapters and pigtails for fiber types OM3, OM4, OM5 and OS2 Variant VIK: with adapters, prepared for pre-terminated installation cables (VIK) For SC-Duplex, SC-Simplex, LC-Duplex, E2000 and ST-Duplex. Unused openings in the patch panel are closed by blind plugs.
