Incident Incident Summary Since May 4th, 2015, a series of powerful on-going storm systems have placed the State of Texas under repeated assault resulting in severe thunderstorms, damaging high-powered winds, multiple confirmed tornadoes, large hail, continuous rainfall, and flooding. Due to the torrential downpour, many of the State s lake elevation levels have reached flood pool and flood pool surcharge status, causing overflows, heavy flooding, and dam breaches. Incident Priorities Incident Priorities Recovery Planning and Implementation Mass Care, Sheltering, Feeding & Bulk Distribution Disaster Assessment District transitions to regional structure Incident Objectives Support Baptist Kitchen in Harris County Finalize plans for weekend bulk distribution Gain Situational awareness of areas still at risk Gain situational awareness in counties without DA Finalize recovery plan for implementation Identify and confirm recovery locations Owner: Disaster Cycle Services 2

Incident Weather Forecast Today Isolated thunderstorms may develop along the sea breeze and move inland during late afternoon/early evening Highs in the upper 80's (lower 90's inland), lows in the 70's Air Quality Alert issued for Houston/Galveston/Brazoria areas, possible high levels of ozone pollution Friday-Sunday Highs in the low 90's, lows in the 70's No precipitation or hazardous weather expected at this time Thursday -- Weather Pattern over SE Texas Owner: Disaster Cycle Services 3

Please wash hands frequently and sanitize work stations on a daily basis. Effective immediately through July 4th, residents of Texas and Oklahoma requiring assistance may call to request help with cleanup, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. This information will be made available to responding voluntary agencies throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Due to the extensive need, calling does not guarantee service.
