2 Knox - Douglas 161 (FLO) E Knox - Dumplin Valley 161 exceedance On 09/29/15 at ~10:00 N-1 exceedance indicated for the Knox - Douglas 161 kv FLO E Knox - Dumplin Valley 161 kv line at 108% of emergency rating. Heavy South to North transfers were being experienced across TVA service area during this time. The Volunteer - Phipps Bend 500kV line was on planned outage from 09/21/ /13/2015. This outage was coordinated with the WBNP Unit 1 refueling outage and was also coordinated with neighboring Reliability Coordinators and Transmission Operators. During Volunteer - Phipps Bend 500kV line planned outage, line was transposed to solve voltage unbalance in Northeast Tennessee region of TVA service area. As indicated on the TVA RC Temporary Operating Guide the following lines could experience heavy loading during this outage: Norris - Pineville 161kV, Volunteer - John Sevier 161kV, Volunteer - Cherokee 161kV, Knox - Douglas 161kV, and E. 7 MISO Progress (Error-Checking Tool) Successfully reading ~ 63% of ICCP points from BAs in the EI Matrix could highlight significant differences in ICCP values between adjacent BAs (e.g. difference of 25 MW) Primary data gaps (assistance needed) CPLE NBSO SCEG CPLW NEISO YAD DUK NYISO EEI SC SPP and PJM (Reading MISO ICCP points to potentially build a similar tool) 3
