18 What is 3-1-1? 311 provides a single contact number for nonemergency requests for information, service and complaints There are four types of calls to 311: - Information requests (up to 80% of all calls) - Service Requests - Referrals - Complaints, comments and compliments With more than 13,000 phone numbers and 10,000 addresses, there is now one number to access County information & service 18
