The Panel works on : Identifying, benchmarking and optimizing the IAG purchasing with companies controlling the IAG medical expenses in mass tourism destinations. 18 IAG Operational Database GLOBUS For 10 years Globus database has been providing operational and administrative information on IAG networks of partners, correspondents, medical providers, and other assistance related providers. The first version of Globus was created in 2006 in order to pool the extensive knowledge base held by each IAG company into one unique, proprietary database which is exclusively available to IAG Partners. 18

19 3 Bi-annual IAG Forums The IAG Partnership opens doors to new business relations via our annual Forums. IAG events are unique occasions to meet face-to-face with the top management of IAG partner companies. Biannual IAG Forums are an excellent opportunity for Partners to learn about each other s capabilities, exchange know-how and discuss best practices. Rather than making multiple business trips, participants can take full advantage of these opportunities to meet new partners and providers from across the globe.
