1 Beck Backstage Presents Forms due Friday, October 12 th, 2017 Welcome to the show! Performances are scheduled for Friday, November 9 th at 7:00p.m., and Saturday, November 10 th at 3:00 & 7:00p.m. Optional Ticket Pre-Sales, Extra T-Shirts, Program Messages, Business Advertisements, and Patron Donations serve as additional ways to help with overall costs. 3 CAST & CREW PRODUCTION CONTRACT FORM I understand that by accepting a role in the cast or crew of Beck Junior High s production of The Jungle Book, I am making a commitment to the following: I will attend all rehearsals. I understand MANDATORY means I must attend. I may be excused from a rehearsal/workday if the conflict is due to a school sponsored activity. I will submit an absence form 24HRS BEFORE a known school sponsored absence. It is my responsibility to communicate with both directors/coaches/sponsors regarding any potential schedule conflicts. I will Mr. Sisk at stephensisk@katyisd.org in advance of an absence. I will remain eligible. No Pass/No Play applies to Beck Backstage Theatre. I will not leave until the director or parent chair has dismissed me. Leaving without proper dismissal may result in possibly being removed from the cast/crew. I understand NO FOOD OR DRINK is allowed on stage or back stage. I will help keep rehearsal/work/stage areas clean. I will do my best to have a positive attitude and work as team member for the good of the show. I will be accountable for my role in this production and make sure my job is done properly. I will respect the rules set for the rehearsal/work area and will listen to and follow directions. I will not touch items that are the responsibility of another crew or cast member. Any UNEXCUSED absence may result in my removal from the show. Mr. Sisk at stephensisk@katyisd.org in advance of any possible absence. I understand that ALL 3 PERFORMANCES ARE MANDATORY. I understand that I have been given a role in this production. I am a valuable member of the cast or crew, and it will be difficult/impossible for someone else to learn my role at the last minute. The party will begin as soon as the director and parent chairs have given the all clear and will last until 11:00 p.m. in the BJH cafeteria. The party will begin after ALL areas are cleaned and returned to their normal state, as approved by Mr. Sisk.
