1 How to create a Smart Viewing

2 Step 1: Photograph the property

3 Your first step to creating a Smart Viewing is to photograph your property using a Vieweet compatible camera Vieweet 360 Ricoh Theta S Third party 360 camera s (Available on vieweet.com) (Available on vieweet.com) (Compatible with Vieweet 360 app) (Compatible with Vieweet 360 app) (Compatible with Vieweet.com desktop version) Click on the link for more details.

After selecting your camera / lens kit from vieweet.com/pricing and signed up for one of the Vieweet / Smart Viewing packages you will be ed a login and password for your newly created account. 2. Once your selected camera kit arrives, photograph the property/properties you would like to use for conducting a Smart Viewing. Tutorials are available on smartviewing.com 3. Your 360 photographs will automatically be uploaded onto Vieweet platform, this is where you will be able to add hotspots, linking rooms together. This can be done via the Vieweet 360 App (Available free on Apple and Android) 4. Your completed 360 interactive tour will then automatically be uploaded to the Smart Viewing platform.

5 Step 2: Set up your Smart Viewing

6 Login to your Vieweet account

7 Click on My Last Tour

8 Click on your Virtual Tour

9 Choose where you want your Smart Viewing to start, click on the drop down menu and select the number 1 For example, you may want the opening scene for your Smart Viewing to start from the Kitchen or from the front of the property

10 Your photo will be moved to the first position - your Smart Viewing will start from this image Then click on Smart Viewing

18 There are various options to promote (advertise) your next Smart Viewing. All options can be activated / used simultaneously. In this tutorial we will highlight 5 options

19 Promote section Option 1: prospective clients

20 Invite clients / attendees via , to your next Smart Viewing. You can Copy & Paste the s from an Excel spreadsheet. You can insert addresses separated by comma, space or semicolon. 33 Currently only compatible in the UK with zoopla.co.uk Find the Zoopla numeric Property I.D. for your property. This can be found with the property details weblink

34 Place the Zoopla Property I.D. for the property within the Zoopla field Then Publish Re capture full screen with only this section dropped down

35 The Smart Viewing count clock will appear Please remember that Zoopla refreshes the page every 30 minutes. You will probably see the clock after this time

36 Dashboard

37 See the number of attendees invited who have accepted to join your Smart Viewing and how many people requested a Smart Viewing from your portal. Click on Attendees invited and Requested to see the participants details.

38 Step 3: Conduct your viewing

39 Smart Viewings can only be used on a desktop or laptop computer. Please use Chrome or Firefox browsers. Smart Viewing is not yet compatible with other browsers or smart phone / tablets (coming soon) Get your webcam and mic ready for your Smart Viewing. If it s your first Smart Viewing, we highly recommend you do a test viewing with friends / family or work colleagues to familiarise yourself with the process
