2 Creating.csv file (mobile list) 1. Create the file as shown attached and sample below i.e. Please ensure that there is 65 before each mobile number for e.g. 659xxxxxxx 2. Once the file is created, save it under the format.csv (comma delimited). Page 2 of 13

3 SEND SMS Definition SINGLE SMS Able to send to mobile number without uploading database. BULK SMS Able to send to multiple mobile numbers by uploading the CSV file. (*Recommended) SENDER ID Important Note: Sender ID: Max 11 characters, including spacing SMS MESSAGE The characters will be counted automatically as type in the Message box. Important Note: 160 Characters = 1 credit Exceed 161 characters, it will be 2 or 3 or 4 credits accordingly. Page 3 of 13

5 SINGLE SMS Quick Message feature allows you to send a message to recipients without creating database. You do not need to create a.csv or.txt file for this. You can type (copy & paste) all the numbers in the section below. (Max 100 numbers only). Click on Send SMS tab and you will see the options as below. To start, click on Page 5 of 13

7 REVIEW YOUR JOB DETAILS Next, you are to review your blasting details below. Please ensure your Database (File Name), Message and Sender ID are correct. At this point, if there are any mistakes or changes, click on BACK button and make the changes. To Proceed to send, click on SEND button. Important Note: Please ensure you have sufficient positive credits balance before Sending your messages. 8 CHECKING JOB STATUS After sending the blast, you can briefly check your job status. Click on STATUS Page 8 of 13

9 BULK MESSAGE Bulk Message feature allows you to send a message to multiple destinations. For this you need to create a.csv or.txt file containing all the destinations (mobile numbers). Total: How many total recipients sent out Valid: How many recipients are valid Invalid: How many recipients are invalid (error, etc etc) Important Note: The counts (Valid and Invalid) shown above will vary during file processing. It is not the final results. *For delivery report extraction, please us your request at and we will extract it out on your behalf.
