Yes. 2 Use of Voucher Codes Use of Software Application Sites N.B.: All Affiliates that use voucher codes must adhere to the IAB voucher Code of Conduct. For more information, please click here Are voucher code affiliates permitted on the program? Yes, on a case by case basis If so, can they utilise any code, or only those created specifically for the affiliate channel? Voucher code affiliates may utilise any code or offer that has been communicated via Affilinet, or that is visible on holidayautos.co.uk. Codes or offers which are issued via another channel e.g. or print or which have been issued for the exclusive use of another site may not be promoted by affiliates unless permission is given. N.B.: All Affiliates that use software applications must adhere to the IAB voucher Code of Conduct. For more information, please click here Are software application sites permitted on the program? Case by case Use of Sub Affiliate Networks Are sub affiliate networks permitted on the program? Yes. Full visibility of affiliates promoting via the sub-networks must be made available. Use of Social Media Use of Affiliates Are affiliates permitted to promote the program across their own Social Media properties? Yes. Affiliates may not use social media to appear as a representative of holiday autos. Are affiliates permitted to promote the program in the wider Social Media space (e.g. Facebook arbitrage)? Case by case Are affiliates permitted to distribute s advertising the merchant to their own database? Yes, as long as it is made clear that the is from a 3 rd party. Do s need to be approved by the merchant prior to send out? Solus activity will need to creative sign off from holiday autos. In most cases copy for newsletter inclusion will need to be approved. 3 PPC (Search Engine Pay Per Click) Affiliates Use of PPC Affiliates Are affiliates permitted to bid in search engines on brand terms? Under no circumstances. This will be strictly enforced. Are affiliates permitted to bid on hybrid brand + generic terms? No. However, holiday autos reserves the right to work with a closed group of affiliates on brand + generic terms. Applications for partnership in this space will be considered on a case by case basis. Are affiliates permitted to bid on misspellings and variations of the brand term? No If the merchant has restrictions, please list the exact terms that affiliates are not permitted to bid on. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any phrase that include the following terms: Holiday autos Holidayautos Holiday-autos Is this open to all affiliates or will a closed group be in operation? This applies to all affiliates at this time. Which terms are trademarked in the search engines, if any? Holiday autos Are there any variations to the above for Mobile Search? As above URL and ad copy restrictions Can affiliates use the brand name in their url? No. For example, this would not be allowed: Can affiliates use the brand name in the sub domain or directory url of their own website? Yes. For example: Direct linking restrictions Are affiliates allowed to send traffic directly to the merchant site from the PPC space in the search engines, using the merchant url as their display url? 4 Which search engines does this apply to? No. Traffic from search engines must go via a landing page on an affiliate site. If so, on which terms does this apply? All search engines, this includes but is not limited to Google, Bing, Yahoo, Ask and includes Web, Mobile and content networks Is this open to all affiliates or a closed group? This applies to all affiliates at this time. Branding Branding Guidelines Do affiliates have to adhere to any branding guidelines, eg referring to the client in certain terms, using particular fonts, including any necessary information? Holiday Autos should always be written in sentence case (upper case H, upper case A). Guidelines for use of colour palette and logo will be provided as an attachment. Use of our brand icon wheels is restricted, and cannot be translated or amended. Please seek clarification if you would like to use wheels in your promotion of Holiday Autos. Creative Restrictions Do affiliates have to display the most up to date logo at all times from the affilinet admin system? Yes Do affiliates have to pick up creative from the network interface rather than hardcoding it? Yes. Holiday autos have a packed calendar of promotions and campaigns and creative will be updated to reflect the current messaging onsite. We often use price points and short terms offers within the banner creative so hard coded creative will quickly become out of date and not ASA compliant. Affiliates found displaying out of date creative or incorrect pricing information may be removed from the programme. We are happy to review requests for bespoke creatives on a case by case basis. Any affiliate wishing to create a bespoke asset will need to gain approval from holiday autos before it goes live. Copy Compliance Are there any copy regulations that affiliates have to adhere to? If you are promoting an offer, you must publish full terms and Your Program Terms and Conditions Page 4

5 conditions, or link to the page where these are hosted. What is the turnaround time expected on any changes and what notice will be given? Violations of programme terms and conditions need to be amended within 48 hours. Major programme changes will have a minimum of 14 days notice. Deeplinking Are affiliates permitted to deeplink to specific pages on the merchant site? Yes, affiliates are permitted to link to static pages on the holiday autos site. If affiliates would like to link to search results, we are able to set these up. Mobile Tracking mcommerce & Application Tracking Do you have a mobile optimised website? No If yes, will mobile sales be tracked/paid out to your affiliates? Does your mobile site run on the same domain as your main site? How are users redirected? Is affilinet tracking on this site? Your mobile application Have you placed our tracking in your mobile application? General Regional restrictions Are there any regions or territories that affiliates are not permitted to target? The UK programme should only be promoted within the UK Product information What products on the merchant site are being tracked? Campervans bookings are not tracked at this time. 6 What products on the merchant site are being paid out on? All vehicle bookings except campervans will be paid out on. Extras payable at booking will receive a commission. This includes: Damage excess waivers, cancellation waiver protection, Extras Payable locally (not at time of booking) will not earn a commission. For example: Child seats, GPS/Sat Nav, ski racks/packs, additional drivers Will the entire transaction value be commissionable? Any additional insurance will not be commissionable Ramifications What are the consequences of any affiliate breaking Ts and Cs? Affiliates found breaking the programme Ts and Cs will be contacted and will have 48 hours to cease the activity. If no reply is received or the activity does not cease, then the affiliate will be suspended from the programme and commissions for the previous 30 days will be reversed. If an affiliate is found to be persistently breaking terms and conditions they will be removed from the programme and commissions removed for the previous 30 days. The merchant agrees, wherever possible, to provide affiliates with reasonable notice period on any significant changes to the program. Examples of significant changes include, but are not limited to, commission changes of more than 25%, alterations in de-duplication criteria and program closure.
