1 Rocco Forte Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Key Information Action Description Validation Criteria Validation Period Cookie Period Commission Structure 6% - 8% De-Duplication Policy Types of Publisher Permitted On The Program A confirmed Sale online A sale may not be validated until a confirmation number has been generated online 99 days. Sales of our Advances Purchase Product will be paid out within the same month (as the month is taken at the time of purchase). All other sales can only be confirmed on arrived reservations. Cancellations cannot be counted as sales. Most of our reservations arrive within the same month. Nearly all of our reservations stay within 3 months of booking. 30 days cookie period Current de-duping mechanism is not functional. However, this will be introduced shortly. We will de-duplicate reservations against other marketing campaign (currently search and ) Are cashback affiliate sites permitted on the program? NO Are loyalty (i.e. sites that offer an incentive other than cash, such as points) affiliate sites permitted on the program? Use of Incentive Sites If the standard commission offering is tiered, can the merchant provide a fixed commission level for these affiliates? If permitted, will the merchant provide a commitment to resolving any missing transactions that occur? *Please note that XXX will not look at transaction queries that are older than 6 months N.B.: ALL AFFILIATES THAT USE VOUCHER CODES MUST ADHERE TO THE IAB VOUCHER CODE OF CONDUCT. Use of Voucher Codes If so, can they utilise any code, or only those created specifically for the affiliate channel? Use of Software Application Sites N.B.: ALL AFFILIATES THAT USE SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS MUST ADHERE TO THE IAB VOUCHER CODE OF CONDUCT. 2 Use of Sub Affiliate Networks Are sub affiliate networks permitted on the program? Are affiliates permitted to promote the program across their own Social Media properties? Use of Social Media Are affiliates permitted to promote the program in the wider Social Media space (e.g. Facebook arbitrage)? Are affiliates permitted to distribute s advertising the merchant to their own database? Use of Affiliates Do s need to be approved by the merchant prior to send out?, s do not need to be approved. However, s MUST use the following address in the CC field, in order for us to monitor the content. PPC (Search Engine Pay Per Click) Affiliates Are affiliates permitted to bid in search engines on brand terms? Are affiliates permitted to bid on hybrid brand + generic terms? Are affiliates permitted to bid on misspellings and variations of the brand term? If the merchant has restrictions, please list the exact terms that affiliates are not permitted to bid on. Use of PPC Affiliates Any keywords including the words Rocco Forte are not permitted. Any keywords including the following hotel names are not permitted. Browns Balmoral Villa Kennedy Charles Amigo Savoy Augustine Verdura De Rome Lowry De Russie Astoria

3 These words need to be negatively matched on a Brand match basis inside your keyword advertising accounts. Keywords containing these words are allowed. Is this open to all affiliates or will a closed group be in operation? Keyword advertising is open to all affiliates, excluding the ability to bid on our trademarks (brand and hotel names). Which terms are trademarked in the search engines, if any? Please list all relevant trademarks Are there any variations to the above for Mobile Search? Can affiliates use the brand name in their url? URL and ad copy restrictions Can affiliates use the brand name in the sub domain or directory url of their own website? Are affiliates allowed to send traffic directly to the merchant site from the PPC space in the search engines, using the merchant url as their display url? Which search engines does this apply to? All search engines Direct linking restrictions If so, on which terms does this apply? All terms Is this open to all affiliates or a closed group? All affiliates Branding Branding Guidelines Do affiliates have to adhere to any branding guidelines, eg referring to the client in certain terms, using particular fonts, including any necessary information? 4 The language use by any affiliates should reflect the refined simplicity of the Rocco Forte brand positioning. Copy should always be written in a clear, straightforward manner, avoiding flowery language, unnecessary adjectives, superlatives and abbreviations. Tone of voice should be kept simple and warm and content tailored to the relevant audience. Please note that the brand name "Rocco Forte Hotels" should never be translated. Examples of language in our branded collateral are shown in the links below: Do affiliates have to display the most up to date logo at all times from the affilinet admin system? Creative Restrictions Do affiliates have to pick up creative from the network interface rather than hardcoding it? Are there any copy regulations that affiliates have to adhere to? Copy Compliance (to be confirmed) What is the turnaround time expected on any changes and what notice will be given? tification will be sent to all affiliates on the RFH network / 3 days turnaround Are affiliates permitted to deeplink to specific pages on the merchant site? Mobile Tracking Deeplinking Do you have a mobile optimised website?, it is possible to view our website and book a hotel on a mobile If yes, will mobile sales be tracked/paid out to your affiliates? Does your mobile site run on the same domain as your main site? mcommerce & Application Tracking How are users redirected? They are not redirected Is affilinet tracking on this site? Your mobile application Have you placed our tracking in your mobile application?, we do not have an application General

5 Are there any regions or territories that affiliates are not permitted to target? Regional restrictions What products on the merchant site are being tracked? All hotel room products and products purchased inside the hotel What products on the merchant site are being paid out on? Product information Hotel rooms, Food and Beverages Will the entire transaction value be commissionable? What are the consequences of any affiliate breaking Ts and Cs? Ramifications Immediate removal from the Rocco Forte Hotels network, with payment being suspended in some cases. The merchant agrees, wherever possible, to provide affiliates with reasonable notice period on any significant changes to the program. Examples of significant changes include, but are not limited to, commission changes of more than 25%, alterations in de-duplication criteria and program closure.
