3 Section 1 How to Activate Your CyberClient Account Online with an Activation Key If you are a new plan member, you have been assigned an activation key to access CyberClient. The activation key and the address to access CyberClient can be found in your benefit card letter. Type in your web browser and it will direct you to the CyberClient registration page. You must enter your name, date of birth and postal code, then enter your activation key and click on Continue (see illustration 1.0)

4 Selecting Your Personalized Access Code Once you have entered your activation key, you may now select your personalized access code and password. You must enter your address, which will become your personalized access code, and choose a password (see illustration 1.1). You must answer three security questions to help you access your account in case you forget your password. You must then read the terms of use, check the I accept the terms of use box, and click on Continue. 1.1 connick@gmail.com 4

5 Registration Is Complete Once you have successfully registered for CyberClient, the following screen will appear (see illustration 1.2). Click on Log In and you will be directed to the CyberClient login page

6 Logging In to CyberClient Once you have been directed to the CyberClient login page, you must enter the personalized access code and password that you created and click on Sign In (see illustration 1.3)

7 Personal Information Revision When you log in to CyberClient for the first time, you will be prompted to validate your address and revise your personal information. Once you enter your address, click on Validate (see illustration 1.4). A confirmation window will appear, and you can click on Continue to Home Page (see illustration 1.4.1). 1.4 connick@gmail.com John Connick connick@gmail.com 7

8 Section 2 How to Obtain an Activation Key If you are a new plan member and you do not have an activation key, you can obtain one by going to our website at inalco.com and clicking on CyberClient Client Centre in the left hand menu (see illustration 2.0). 2.0 You will then be directed to the CyberClient login page. Click on Need a secure access?. The Client radio button should be pre selected. Click on Register (see illustration 2.1)

9 You must enter your first name, last name, date of birth and postal code and select I don t have my activation key nor my contract number (see illustration 2.2). On the same page, the I don t have my activation key nor my contract number box will open. Click on Continue (see illustration 2.2.1). 2.2 John Connick

10 If you have both a work and personal address on file, you will be given the option to select the address at which you would like to receive the activation key. Or you may choose to receive a letter by mail. Select the option you prefer and click on Continue (see illustration 2.3). 2.3 Notice that your activation key has been sent! 10
