4 Cnsultatin The cnsultatin fr a returning client is similar t ne fr a new client. There is ne imprtant difference, thugh. Since yu did their hair last time, yu knw exactly what clr and cut was dne. - Begin by asking abut the previus haircut What did yu think f yur hair last time? Hw did yur last haird wrk fr yu? D yu want yur hair the same as last time, r wuld yu like t change anything? - If they want t change smething, fcus n what they want altered D yu want yur hair shrter? Wuld yu like a lighter r a darker clr? - After yu have a general idea, get mre specific* D yu want a shrt bb? Wuld yu like a chclate brwn, r sft black clr? *Helpful hint: Yu shuld shw pictures f hairstyles whenever pssible. This will help t understand exactly what the client wants - Befre yu d anything t the client s hair, cnfirm what they want S, yu wuld like t keep yur hair the same clr, but shrten it a little. 5 Writing Client Card: As discussed in Chapter there are many different kinds f client cards. Hwever, they all have the same basic infrmatin. Belw is an example f a client card.
