3 Introduction What is I-Portal? I-Portal is a web-based application and the new integration platform for wholesale and retail applications in all markets. It increases efficiency through all sales and after sales business processes and will replace Dealer Portal. I-Portal provides a modern and user-friendly portal frontend. Users in dealerships will get secure access to all integrated applications. Being an integration platform I-Portal allows the integration of external applications and offers easy integration of local web-applications though standard APIs. A key feature is the Single-Sign-On/Off module, that includes a user selfadministration. The new Roles and Rights administration concept based on business roles is in line with Volkswagen Group IT-Security guidelines. I-Portal offers an optional Content Management System (CMS) that can be customized to replace end-of-lifecycle CMS implementations of Dealer- Extranet communication systems within markets. I-Portal facilitates an optional Dealer Information Database (DID) component with automated KVPS (contract number) interface to propagate updates. Status: December

Titel Text boxes explain the functionality of certain pages. They give additional explanations about what to do and how to navigate the page. 7 Introduction First Steps for registration 1 Click here to start the registration. Open I-Portal Each Market receives a QA-Instance and a Productive-Instance. I-Portal can be accessed by CPN Network and Internet. The example below provides an example for the German market. Please replace the country code de by your corresponding country code (ISO). QA-Instance: (CPN) or (Internet) Productive-Instance: (CPN) or (Internet) Status: December

8 There are two possibilities to register in the I-Portal Option 1 If you have no Global User ID fill out the required fields and complete registration. In I-Portal you have the possibility to request a Global User ID. (Slide 10-12) Option 2 If you have a Global User ID use it for registration. Your Dealer Portal Profile will be connected to the I-Portal Account. (Slide 13-16) Here you can find Help for the. Status: December

9 Option 1: via your adress (1/3) 2 Type in your contact data. All fields are mandatory. If you own a PKI-Card and want to use the Certificate Login (Slide 21), please enter the same address, with which you are registered on the PKI-Card. 3 Set your password, according to the password policies. 4 Type in Text Verification 5 Click Submit. 10 Option 1: via your adress (2/3) Steps after successful registration 1. The User will receive an with a verification link after successful registration. 2. By clicking on the verification link the user ensures that he registered with the correct address in I-Portal. Status: December

11 Option 1: via your address (3/3) A click forwards you to the I-Portal Login Page. Steps after successful registration 3. After clicking the confirmation link in the verification mail, you will be guided to this page. 4. The was successful. 5. Go back to I-Portal login page and log in with your credentials. 12 Option 2: with existing Global-User ID (1/5) 2 Type in your Global User ID and your Dealer Portal password. 3 Click Import User. Status: December

13 Option 2: with existing Global-User ID (2/5) 4 Type in your contact data. First Name, Last Name and Address are mandatory fields. If you own a PKI-Card and want to use the Certificate Login (Slide 21), please enter the same address, with which you are registered on the PKI- Card. 5 Click Save Data Edit Data Personal data already saved in the Dealer Portal is imported automatically. The Data can be edited before association. Status: December

14 Option 2: with existing Global-User ID (3/5) 6 7 Choose a new password in line with the I-Portal password guidelines (see Slide 10). Click Save. Password 1.
