All Parents and Student Athletes that desire to be on the Marcus Clay Target Team will need to Register on the our website at www.marcusclaytarget.com.

1 All Parents and Student Athletes that desire to be on the Marcus Clay Target Team will need to Register on the our website at After following and completing the Registration process below, please install the SIPlay App on yours and your student athlete s mobile phone. Registration Overview: Step 1: Parent(s) complete their Registration on our website First. Step 2: Parent(s) complete Registration of their Student Athlete(s), next. Step 3: Download, Print, Sign and Date and Return the LISD form on our website. Step 4: Pay Team Dues: Bring Check to Team Meeting or via PayPal link on our website. Step 5: Register/Renew Registration of Parent and Student Athlete on the YTF website. Step 1: Parent(s) complete their Registration on our website First. Go to Team Website and Click on Registration is Open Banner This will take you to the Sports Illustrated Play - Marcus Clay Target Booster Club Inc., Account Login page. 10/17/17 Page 1 of 20

If you already have a SIPlay Login you can use the same email and password here.

Once you have Created your Account you can then begin the Registration process.

2 If you already have a SIPlay Login you can use the same and password here. Some Parent(s) and Student Athlete(s) may have SIPlay Accounts already because they registered with YTF. If you do not have an SIPlay Account, Click on the Create an Account link to create your account. Once you have Created your Account you can then begin the Registration process. When you Login you will be presented with a screen that will show You have no current registrations. As the Parent(s) you need to Register first, so click on the Apply to Coach/Volunteer button. 10/17/17 Page 2 of 20

3 On the next screen select your Name and click the Register now button. On the next screen complete the Additional Adult Information and click the Continue Registration button. 10/17/17 Page 3 of 20

If you are an adult that wants to volunteer to help our Team but do not have a Student Athlete, please choose

4 On the next screen choose the Role that best identifies you with the Team. Most Parents will choose Team Parent unless they are already identified in another Role. If you are an adult that wants to volunteer to help our Team but do not have a Student Athlete, please choose Volunteer. After click the Register button, the next screen will ask you to select the Team. Please select the Marcus Clay Target Team , then click the Continue button. 10/17/17 Page 4 of 20

5 The next screen will show your Registration as a Team Parent, Coach or Volunteer. If you are not registering a Student Athlete or another Adult in your account, click the Continue to Checkout button. To add your Student Athlete s Registration to your account, Click on the Register Additional Players/Volunteers button. This will take you back to the Registration screen. Step 2: Parent(s) complete Registration of their Student Athlete(s), At the Choose Registrant screen, select your Student Athlete s name or select New Child. 10/17/17 Page 5 of 20

6 The next screen is the Add Child to Account screen. Complete all the information, including the Child Login , check all the Event Reminders and your Student Athlete s cell or mobile phone number. You can choose to share or not to share the child s and phone number with the Team. Sharing makes it easier to contact your Student Athlete by other team members and coaches. Be sure to enter any Medical Issues we need to be aware of with your Student Athlete or enter None in the text box. Click the Save button. 7 The next screen there is no selection to make just click the Register as a Player button. The next page is the Registration Information for your Student Athlete. Please complete all the information, then click the Continue button. 10/17/17 Page 7 of 20

8 The next screen is the Add Emergency Contact for your Student Athlete. Complete all the information and click the Save and Continue button. The next screen is the online agreement & consent form. Please read completely and at the bottom of the page click the I Agree button. These 3 documents are also available on our website under the link to Documents. 10/17/17 Page 8 of 20

9 The next screen will be the list of completed Registrations. If you are all done with registrations, click the Continue to Checkout button. The next screen is the review and confirmation of registrations. If everything looks good, click the Complete Order button. 10/17/17 Page 9 of 20

10 The next screen is the Order Complete page with the last items to be done to finalize your registration with the Team. You should also get this information in an as well. 10/17/17 Page 10 of 20

11 Next, click on the Return to Account Overview button. This will take you to your account dashboard. On the right hand side of the page is a Get Text Messages box. In this box at the bottom is a link to Enable Text Messaging, click this link. The next screen will be the Phone Settings page. Click the Enable Texting link on the right. 10/17/17 Page 11 of 20

12 The next screen is the Activation for receiving text messages. Follow the instructions. Once you get your Code, enter it in specified location and click the Save button. You will be taken back to the Phone Settings page. Click the Done button. You will then be taken back to your Account Overview page. 10/17/17 Page 12 of 20

13 Step 3 Download, Print, Sign and Date and Return the LISD form On the MCTT Website under the Documents link is the LISD NON-SPONSORED / NON- CURRICULUM RELATED STUDENT GROUPS - Request Form. Please Download, Print, Sign, Date and Return this form. Parent & Student Athlete must sign and date this form. Please bring this completed form to the next Team Meeting, or scan and the completed form to secretary@marcusclaytarget.com. 10/17/17 Page 13 of 20

14 Step 4: Pay Team Dues: Bring Check to Team Meeting or Pay via PayPal link on our website. You can pay your Team Dues either by bringing a Check made out to the Marcus Clay Target Team or you can pay online using PayPal from a link on our website. To pay via PayPal go to the MCTT Website ( and on the Quick Links menu on the left hand side of the page, at the bottom of the selections is Pay Dues. This link will take you to our Pay Dues page. Select the item that you are paying for, in this case Dues. Enter your Student Athlete s Name and click the Buy Now button. 10/17/17 Page 14 of 20

15 Marcus Clay Target Team Step 5: Register/Renew Registration of Parent and Student Athlete on the YTF website. If you have not done so already you will need to Register or Renew your Registration with YTF. Please go to their website, and complete a similar registration process as you experienced on the MCTT website. This year, YTF registration is $50 for Student Athlete s and $35 for Voluteers (Parents). Parents be sure to have the Background Check done when doing your registration. Please be aware that if your Student Athlete intends to shoot in tournaments sponsored by USAYESS or SCTP then they will need to be registered with those organizations as well. 10/17/17 Page 15 of 20

16 How to Add Additional Mobile Numbers to Receive Team Text Messages. Note: Student Athlete s (Child Accounts) will not receive Team text messages via the SIPlay App unless their mobile number is entered as an Alternative Phone number under the Primary (Family Administrator) Account. Please do the following so that your Student Athlete will receive the Team Text Messages on their mobile phone via the SIPlay App. Be sure to install the SIPlay App on their mobile phone. Step 1: Enable Text Messaging on the Primary (Family Administrator) Account Step 2: Go Back into the Primary Account and Add Mobile Phone number for Student Athlete to Alternative Phone numbers. Step 1: Enable Text Messaging on the Primary (Family Administrator) Account You may have done this during the Registration process. If you did, you can skip this step and go do Step 2 below. Login to your Account via the MCTT Home Page, top right corner of web page. This will take you to your account dashboard. On the right hand side of the page is a Get Text Messages box. In this box at the bottom is a link to Enable Text Messaging, click this link. 10/17/17 Page 16 of 20

17 The next screen will be the Phone Settings page. Click the Enable Texting link on the right. The next screen is the Activation for receiving text messages. Follow the instructions. 10/17/17 Page 17 of 20

18 Once you get your Code, enter it in specified location and click the Save button. You will be taken back to the Phone Settings page. Click the Done button. You will then be taken back to your Account Overview page. Step 2: Add Additional Mobile Phone Numbers to the Primary Account. At the Account Overview page, on the right hand side is the Account Options box, in that box click on the Account Settings item. 10/17/17 Page 18 of 20

19 On the Account Settings page, towards the bottom under the Adults section, click on the Family Administrator account. On the Adult - Name page, on the right side in the Adult Options box, click on Edit. 10/17/17 Page 19 of 20

20 At the bottom of the next page, the Adults Information page, is the Alternate Phones section. You can add up to 2 additional phone numbers here and if you change the Phone Type to be Mobile, those phones will receive Team Text Messages. So if you enter your Student Athlete s mobile phone number and/or Spouses mobile phone here they will receive the Team Text Messages on their phone. Add Additional Mobile Phone numbers here Change to Mobile to receive Team Text When you are all done, Click the Save button at the bottom. 10/17/17 Page 20 of 20
