3 Login Step 1 Go to and select the LOGIN button on the top right hand corner of the page. 2
4 Login Step 2 Enter your User ID and Temporary Password in the fields provided and select LOG ON. Your User ID and Temporary Password will be sent to you in separate s from LOGIC_Conversion_Support@jpmorgan.com entitled Important LOGIC Conversion Information 1 of 3 and Important LOGIC Conversion Information 2 of 3. Please note that your User ID is case sensitive. After entering this information, select LOG ON. 3
5 Login Step 3 You will be prompted to establish your challenge questions when you first log on to enable you to reset your password in the future. After entering this information, select Submit. 4
6 Login Step 4 When you log on to the Transaction site for the first time, you will be required to change your Temporary Password. Your new password will be case sensitive so once you enter it the first time (all caps, all lower case, first letter capitalized) you will need to enter it the same way every time you log in. Please be sure to keep your password in a safe place where you can access it when needed. You are the only person who will know your password. 5
7 User Agreement Disclosure You will then be asked to accept the Disclosure Statement. Selecting the Decline button will cancel the process. 6
8 Newsflash Any special messages for the pool will show up as a newsflash on this page. 7
9 Transaction Disclaimer Prior to initiating a transaction, the system will direct you to accept a trading disclaimer. 8
10 Account Listing/Transactions You are now logged on to the transaction system and ready to proceed with accessing your accounts. The Account Listing/Transactions page below is the summary page for your accounts. In the center of the page are all the accounts to which you have access. You can also select one of the menu options across the top of the page or return to the Participant Services section of the site from this page. 9
11 To initiate a Deposit to LOGIC Step 1 Enter your Client ID This is a new identifier added to the internet transaction site as a dual authenticator for security purposes. You will need to enter this additional ID on this screen each time you do a transaction. This ID will be sent to you the week of July 16th in a separate from LOGIC_Conversion_Support@jpmorgan.com entitled Im porta ntl O G IC C onve rsioninform a tion 3 of3. Transaction Type Select Deposit Payment Method Select either ACH or Wire. Dollar Amount Enter the dollar amount you wish to deposit. Settlement Date The settlement date will automatically fill in with the next available settlement date. There is no need to edit this field unless you want to change the settlement date for a future date. The settlement date can be future dated for any business date up to 90 days. Select Submit 10

13 To initiate a Deposit to LOGIC Step 2 The second step allows you to confirm the transaction s details before placing the transaction. Once you select Confirm & Submit, the transaction will be processed. 12
14 To initiate a Deposit to LOGIC Step 3 The final step shows the transaction information and the confirmation number for the transaction. PLEASE PRINT THIS TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR RECORDS. ed confirmations can be turned on for your entity by contacting LOGIC Participant Services but, for security reasons, the confirmation will not provide the level of detail displayed on this screen. 13

Banking Instructions The default or primary set of instructions you have established for your account will be pre-selected when initiating a withdrawal. If you have set up multiple banking instructions for your account, you can select from these after choosing the Payment Method for the transaction by clicking on the drop down box under the Banking instructions column. You only need to select a banking instruction if you want the transaction to be sent somewhere other than your primary bank. Select Submit 14
16 To initiate a Withdrawal from LOGIC Step 1 The current default or primary banking instructions you have on file will be pre-selected for your withdrawal request. If you have established multiple bank instructions for your account and prefer to send money to a bank other than your primary bank, please click the drop down box under Bank Instructions to view and select from your available banking account options. 15
17 To initiate a Withdrawal from LOGIC Step 2 The second step allows you to confirm the details before placing the transaction. Please note the bank instructions that will be used for your wire withdrawal request. Once you select Confirm & Submit, the transaction will be processed. 16

19 To initiate an Internal Transfer within LOGIC Step 1 An internal transfer transaction is a transfer of funds between two LOGIC accounts belonging to the same participant. Enter your Client ID This is a new identifier added to the internet transaction site as a dual authenticator for security purposes. You will need to enter this additional ID on this screen each time you do a transaction. This ID will be sent to you the week of July 16th in a separate from LOGIC_Conversion_Support@jpmorgan.com entitled Im porta ntl O G IC C onve rsioninform a tion 3 of3. Transaction Type Select Transfer Select the To Account Select the account from the drop down box to which you want to transfer funds Payment Method The payment method will be left blank since it is an internal transfer of funds Enter the Transfer Amount Enter the dollar amount you wish to transfer. Settlement Date The settlement date will automatically fill in with the next available settlement date. There is no need to edit this field unless you want to change the settlement date for a future date. The settlement date can be any business date within 90 days. Select Submit 18

23 Account History Selecting the data Select either the Account you wish to view from accounts listed or the Select All Accounts button. Enter the date range desired and select the Submit button. The system will display any pending trades not yet in history and historical trades for the last 60 days. Data can be requested in a print friendly format or downloaded to Excel. For data in excess of 60 days, please refer to your monthly account statements. 22

26 Account Statements Monthly statements are available on the internet transaction system by the second business day of the month. From the Months available listing, either select the month desired. Then select the Download PDF button to obtain a PDF file with all of your statements for that month to print or save to your computer. Statements for the past two years are available online. To do a more customized statement search, select Click for individual account statement search link. 25
27 Account Statements Customized Statement Search Statements can also be accessed by doing a customized search. From the Accounts available listing, either select a specific account or the Select All Accounts button. From the Months available listing, either select the month desired or the Select All Months button. Then select the Submit button. The statement files you requested will be displayed and you can click on the PDF to open, print and/or save on your computer. Statements for the past two years are available online. 26
28 Confirms This page displays a summary of transactions entered on the last two business days in confirmation number order. Typically there is a lag of 15 minutes between the transaction being entered and it being reflected on the confirm report. This list can be sorted by any of the available columns by clicking on the arrow buttons next to the column headers. This data can also be downloaded to Excel. 27
29 Pending Transactions Pending transaction information can be obtained by selecting the Account History tab at the top of the page. The pending transactions will be in a separate section from the transactions that have already been posted to history. A transaction in the pending area does not mean it has not been processed. Many transactions are not posted to history until an automated process runs overnight. 28
30 Rate Information This page displays the previous day s fund information for LOGIC. This data can be printed or downloaded to Excel. Historical information is available on the main LOGIC website which can be reached from this screen by selecting the Participant Services button at the top right hand corner of the page followed by Program Information and Rate Information. 29
