1 Internet Banking Userguide

2 INTRODUCTION Internet Banking is a webpage service which allows customers manage accounts, transfer fund, payments, and open/close saving accounts through devices that have connected to the internet. AUTHENTICATION METHOD We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS: the system will send to you an OTP via SMS (one time password) OTP includes 6 characters and valid within 5 minutes. Customers input OTP to verify transactions. Authenticated by OTP Token: Customers will actively press the button on the device then the device will show OTP code, this OTP code includes 6 characters and valid within 30 seconds. Customers input OTP to verify transactions. Authenticated by PKI Token: System will request plug-in Token device in your computer, customers input Token PIN to verify transactions. GENERGAL INSTRUCTION Log In To login Internet Banking, enter the following address or get into IVB s site at address then login INTERNET BANKING. After access successfully to Internet Banking you will see the box below: 1. Username is CIF no. issued uniquely for you (7 first digits of account number) 2. Password is the first time password granted by IVB when you successfully register Internet Banking service. This password will be sent to the registered . Password is only used for first time login and must be changed for the next login. 3. To use Internet Banking in Vietnamese interface, choose Vietnamese at Language option.

3 Change Password To change current password, do as follow: 1. Choose Change Password on the left menu. 2. Enter your old password into Old password input box. Enter your new password into new password input box and confirm password input box. 3. Choose Change. Reissue password In case you forget your login password, IVB will reissue new password as follow: 1. Make a phone call to any IVB s branch/transaction office which you have registered this service there. 2. Providing identification information: name, date of birth, id no. 3. IVB will send password to your registered address. DIGITAL SIGNATURE INSTRUCTION For ensuring Internet Banking transactions authenticated by Token, Customers computers have to meet below requirements: 1. Having USB Token device(s) from authenticated providers 2. USB token already plugged-in to your computer 3. Having the most recent updated Token Manager software from authenticated providers 4. Computers already installed support PLUG-IN. Download here 5. Support Windows XP SP3 32bit, Windows bit or 64bit or upward 6. Optimal Display resolution Install BKAV Token Manager? To set up BKAV Token Manager, you do as follow: 1. Plug in BKAV Token into your device, choose BkavCA Disc, choose BkavCA_Setup.exe or download BkavCA at 2. Customers follow set up process step by step. 3. After successfully setting up, running BkavCA Token Manager Program and customers will see company name on Token Manager Software. Activate Digital Signature To activate digital signature, enter the following address or get into IVB s site at address then login INTERNET BANKING. After access successfully to Internet Banking you will see the box below: 1. Access Online Transactions on left menu. 2. After choosing Authenticated by USB Token at right column, choose Continue.

4 3. Incase web browser check Plugin Unsucessfully. Customers please select and install newest Plugin Here to use the service. 4. After successfully installed newest Plugin on your computer, Customers will see notification VNPT Ca Plugin is running then click Activate. 5. After that the program will request inupt Token PIN, customers input PIN and click Login. Then customers can use the service ACTIVATE OTP TOKEN DEVICE INSTRUCTION Log In To login Internet Banking, enter the following address or get into IVB s site at address then login INTERNET BANKING. After access successfully to Internet Banking you will see the box below:

5 1. Access Online Transactions on left menu. 2. After choosing Authenticated by OTP Token at right Colum, choose Continue. 3. Tick to select Device to activate then input OTP code from device click Activate (*) OTP code is including 6 numbers randomly from device (*) Customers CAN activate more than one device at the same time

6 4. Successful activated OTP Token display ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT This service helps you to manage Current account, Time Deposit and Loan. To view detail of current account transactions, you do as follow: 1. Choose Current account on left menu.

7 2. Click on the account you want to view at right column. 3. Specify the time span (maximum 12 months). 4. If you want to download Excel, click Download Excel File. 5. Choose View. OPEN ONLINE DEPOSIT ACCCOUNT Open Online Deposit Account: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token Customers follow: 1. Debit account: Choose debit account via icon 2. Currency and amount: Input saving amount 3. Term deposit information: Customers click on icon to choose renewal method and deposit term 4. Renewal method: Customers can select renewal method depend on customers demands If customers select Automatic Automatic renew principal and interest with initial term: Principal and interest of online deposit account when automatic renew or close before maturity date will default send to your selected current account If customers select Automatic renew principal with initial term: System will show additional box receive interest account. Customers close account before maturity date, principal and interest will default send to your selected interest account. If customers select No renewal: System will show additional box receving principal and interest account for customers receive principal and interest during matutity date or close account before maturity date. (*) Staff code of reference: is an IVB staff introduce code to participate online deposit, IVB staff will provide code to customers to input this information. If not please ignore. 5. Customers read and accept terms and condition and click Continue 6. At confirm transaction display, customers check information and input OTP code and click Continue

8 7. Confirmation display, customers check information before input OTP send to SMS and click Continue 8. Successful opened online deposit account display (*) Customers can also print certificate of opened online deposit account at list of account category.

9 Change Renewal Method: Customers can change renewal method at anytime on Internet Banking during maturity period (before maturity date). To change renewal method customers select Change Renewal Method: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token

10 At Change renewal method display, customers do as following: 1. Click icon to select account to change renewal method 2. Select renewal method, and/ or 3. Select receiving account / principal and interest 4. Read and accept terms and conditions and click Continue to move transaction confirmation 5. At confirmation display, customers check information and input OTP to complete transaction 6. Customers input OTP and click Continue

11 7. Successful changed renewal method display Close Online Deposit Account: Go along with automatic close online deposit account when it reaches maturity date following renewal method. Customers have opened or updated at Change renewal method, Customers can actively close online deposit account before maturity date via Close Online Deposit Account and deposit amount will send to select current account. To close online deposit account, customer select Close online deposit account:

At close account display, customers click on icon to select close deposit account, display will show account information: 2. At confirmation display, customers check information and input OTP (*)Account for receiving principal and interest: is a current account or select opened deposit account.

13 (*)In situation that customers want to change account for receving principal and interest, customers select Change renewal method before close online deposit account. 3. Customers input OTP, and click Continue. 4. Successful close account method display List Of Online Deposit Accounts: Customers can easily manage and check online deposit accounts, IVB provide list of online deposit account fuction: To list out Online deposit accounts, customers select List on accounts: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token

14 Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token 1. Customers can view list of opened deposit account at Active accounts. 2. Customers can also print-out certificate of opened/closed online deposit account by selecting PDF icon (red circled icon) as below. FUND TRANSFER SERVICES With Internet Banking customers can able to make transfer receive by account or personal identity inside or outside Indovinabank.

15 To make fund transfer, customers select Online transaction: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token 1. After click on authenticated method then Continue, customers select Fund transfer to start making transaction: 2. After that, customers select transfer method via combination between Account, Beneficiary, and beneficiary information as following: Transfer receive by account inside Indovina Bank system: At Indovina Bank & Account At Bank.

16 Transfer receive by other accounts: At Other Bank & Account At Bank Transfer receive by Indentity Number (Personal ID No.) inside Indovinabank: At Indovina Bank & Do Not Have Account. Transfer receive by Indentity Number (Personal ID No.) at other banks: At Other Bank & Do Not Have Account. 3. After that click Continue, system will show transaction detail (This image is a sample of fund transfer to Other Bank & having Account At Bank): 4. Customers input needed information to make transfer 5. Customers select Debit Account at Debit to Account No. 6. If customers already have templates, customers can use it at Template ID.

17 (*)Red Stars are needed information (*) have to input (*)All inputed information are Vietnamese and do not use special characters. (*)When customers input money amount, customers can use k to replace 000. Exp: 100k = 100,000 VND 7. After finished fulfill information, customers select Bank Charges To (Don t charge fee in situation that customers select internal fund transfer): Myself: Customers are fee chargers (Debit fee to transferers accounts) Beneficiary: Receivers are fee chargers (Debit directly to transfer amount) 8. Customers select Accept and read Terms and condition then click Continue / Save draft / Add Template. 9. After finished transfer customers select Continue or Save template for the next transaction. View Transaction Result To check transaction result, customers do: 1. Select View transaction result at the left menu bar 2. After that customers select Ref No. of transaction that customers want to check. Transaction Amendment In situation that customers input incorrect information and need to edit information, customers do: 1. Customers select View transaction result 2. Select Ref No. of the incorrect transaction and then click Transfer Amendment. (Exp: )

18 3. After system shown transaction detail, customers select Transfer Amendment button. 4. System will show as below display. To amend transaction, customers input Correct information that replace Incorrect ones at TRANSFER AMENMEND box (red circle). Exp: To correct account number, customers type exactly account number into TRANSFER AMENMEND box like this: Accurate Account Number is: (*) Red stars * are not allowed to change categories (*) Information input at TRANSFER AMENMEND box are Vietnamese and do not use special characters. 5. Customers select Accept and read Terms and Conditions and click Continue. 6. After that customers input OTP code to confirm transaction amendment successfully.

19 Draft Transaction / Pending Sign In situation that customers input information then do it later, or wait for others verify transactions via Save Draft transaction. To Save Draft transaction, customers choose Online Transaction: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token 1. Select Internal IVB Fund Transfer or Other Banks 2. Customers start to fulfill information then click Save Draft

20 3. After Save Draft successfully, customers draft transactions will place at Pending Transaction category. 4. To verify Draft transactions, customers click on Pending transaction 5. After that select Ref No. of the transaction that customers want to verify (Exp: ) 6. Click Continue and input OTP code to complete transaction. Template Management Customers can also edit information of saved successful transactions, customers do as following: To use saved template customers select Template Management: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token

21 1. After click on Template Management system will show saved template. Customers can able to Edit or Delete unnecessary transaction or make new transaction from template. 2. Customers select Ref No. of transaction that want to Edit/Delete/Create new transaction 3. After select transaction customers want to Edit/Delete/Create transaction and start to make fund transfer normally. NAPAS INSTANT FUND TRANSFER Implement Transaction Napas instant fund transfer is a service that allow account holders transfer/receive fund from Account/Card number at other banks at anytime and anywhere including day-off, weeken and holiday s whithout going to transaction offices. And beneficiaries can receive fund instantly.

22 To use instant fund transfer service customers select Online Transaction and choose Napas Instant fund transfer: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token 1. Select Instant fund transfer 24/7 System will show 02 Instant fund transfer 24/7: Instant fund transfer to card number Instant fund transfer to account number (*) Customers can review List of Banks transferring fund via Card/Account number to know beneficiaries banks have supporting this service or not.

23 Instant Fund Transfer Via Card Number Include ATM card, Visa debit card, Visa credit card, Visa prepaid card (Depending on beneficiaries banks have supporting this service or not) 1. Customers select Instant fund transfer to card number, Input Card Number then click Query. 2. After system show a right beneficiary name, customers just need to input Amount and Discription, select Bank Charge To, accept IVB Terms and Conditions and click Continue.

24 3. Check information again and input OTP code and click Continue. 4. Sucessful Napas Instant Fund Transfer 24/7 transaction display. 5. Click Save to save template for the next transaction or Continue to make new transaction Instant Fund Transfer Via Account Number Include Individual/Corporate accounts, Saving accounts (Depending on beneficiaries banks have supporting this service or not) 1. Customers select Instant fund transfer to Account number, Input Account number, beneficiary Bank then click Query.

25 2. After system show a right beneficiary name, customers just need to input Amount and Discription, select Bank Charge To, accept IVB Terms and Conditions and click Continue.

28 CARD SERVICE Implement Card Service To use service customers select Online Transaction and click on Card Service: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token Customer select Card Service and Payment Methods. System will have 02 card payment methods: Credit card payment Prepaid card payment

29 Credit Card Payment To make paymeny for Credit Card, customers select Credit Card Payment and payment for: Card holder Others Credit Card Payment For Card Holder To make credit card payment customers do: 1. Customers select payment for card holder (system will show all card information of card holder, after that customers select payment card number) 2. Input amount 3. Input discription 4. Accept IVB Terms and Conditions and click on Continue. 5. Customers check information and input OTP code, click Continue

30 6. Sucessful card payment transaction display Payment For Other Card Holder To make payment for Other Card Holder customer do: 1. Customers select payment for other card holder, after that customers input card number need to pay 2. Input amount 3. Input discription 4. Accept IVB Terms and Conditions and click on Continue.

32 Prepaid Card Payment To use service customers select Online Transaction, click on Card Service: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token 1. At Card Service display, customers select Prepaid Card payment

33 2. Customer input Prepaid Card number (Defaul starting number like 4592 XXXX XXXX XXXX) 3. Input amount and Input discription 4. Accept IVB Terms and Conditions and click on Continue. 5. Customers check information and input OTP code, click Continue

Sucessful card payment transaction display FLEXIBLE SAVING (*) To use this function on Internet Banking, customers need to nearby IVB Transaction Office/Branches to open Flexible Account and select options for saving Before doing on Internet Banking Customers select Online Transaction: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token

35 1. To transfer money to Flexible Account, customers select Online Transaction and click on Flexible Saving. 2. Customers input Flexible Account 3. Select expected terms and periods 4. Input Discription 5. Accept IVB Terms and Conditions and click Continue

37 Bill Payment To make Bill Payment, customers select Online Transaction: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token 1. Click on Continue and choose Billpayment

38 2. Customers select debit account 3. After that select Service type, providers, customer code and click Query. 4. In the situation that system show the amount of money exact with the amount of money in the bill, customers accept IVB Terms and Conditions and click Continue.

39 5. Customers implement payment the same as normal fund transfer and input OTP code to confirm transaction. (*) After click Query if The Amount Box shows: (*) The Amount = 0 --> the selected payment service do not have fee yet or service already paid. (*) The Amount = the amount on bill --> Service fee have not paid (*) After service already paid, providers will clear service fee and send VAT bill to registered address VnTopup Service VNTopup Serivce is a service that allow customers Topup on Mobile Phone at anytime and anywhere with fee = 0 To make Topup customers select Online Transaction: We are providing three kinds of Internet Banking verification methods: Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by SMS Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by OTP Token Authenticated by OTP SMS, customers select Authenticated by USB Token
