1 Allied Air Enterprises Extended Warranty & Product Registration Quick Start Guide To qualify for the 10 Year Limited Extended Parts Warranty, homeowners must register their AirEase, Armstrong Air, Concord and Ducane equipment within 60 days of purchase. To register go to: This screen summarizes information the consumer will need to have on hand to register their purchase. If you click the question mark, the system information required to confirm extended warranty coverage is explained in more detail.

2 To begin the registration process, click I ve got it let s get started! and the: TELL US ABOUT YOUR EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION screen appears. IMPORTANT NOTE: Homeowners must answer all the questions in order to qualify for the 10 year limited parts warranty coverage. There are a set of qualifying questions on the first registration screen which are preceded by the following instructions:"to properly register your system, check ALL that apply". The consumer must answer all questions. This information is used to determine if the registration qualifies for the 10-year limited extended parts warranty. (It must be installed in an owner-occupied, single-family dwelling by a licensed or certified contractor.) Address: An address is required for every registration. Allied Air Enterprises will a copy of the registration confirmation and certificate to the address entered here. If a homeowner does not have an address, you can provide them with your address (at your dealership) and we will the confirmation to you.

3 Next the: TELL US ABOUT YOUR EQUIPMENT screen appears. Begin by entering the serial number for the first piece of equipment, and click Add! Continue by entering the serial number for the next piece of equipment, and click Add! Repeat this process until you ve entered all equipment for this registration. Then, click Next. We will check to see if you ve given us adequate information to verify a system match necessary for extended warranty coverage. (Each indoor unit requires a matching indoor coil.) If we re missing anything, we ll let you know.

4 Otherwise, the: TELL US ABOUT THE INSTALLING DEALER/CONTRACTOR screen appears. Once complete click Next.

5 If this is a replacement job, four (4) simple survey questions appear on the: TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE screen. Please be sure the homeowner answers all the survey questions to the best of his/her ability. Homeowners uncertain of the answer should choose Other from the drop down box.

6 If this is a new construction job or the survey is completed, click Next and the: REVIEW YOUR REGISTRATION screen appears. This screen gives the consumer a chance to review the registration one more time before they click Submit. If corrections are needed for any of this information, click Back until the appropriate screen is reached. NOTE: Non-qualifying equipment, including all third party units will be listed in italics.

7 Once all the required information is filled out and verified, click Submit. You ll see a message indicating Processing Please Wait. Then the: YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOW COMPLETE screen appears. Clicking the certificate icon allows you to print a copy of the Extended Warranty Registration certificate.

8 HOMEOWNER EXTENDED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE A confirmation , including a copy of the certificate is automatically sent to the addresses provided during the registration process (including a copy to the dealer if an addresses was provided).

9 PENDING REVIEW for EXTENDED WARRANTY QUALIFICATION ONLY If the AHRI (Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute) system match could not be validated during the online registration process, and both the indoor and outdoor system information was provided, the registration will be manually reviewed by Allied Air s Warranty & Technical Services team. The homeowner is notified via that their extended warranty approval is pending. As soon as the registration as been processed by the Allied Air team (accepted or denied) the homeowner will received an updated . If approved, the extended warranty certificate will be attached. If the equipment registered did not qualify for our extended warranty, and you feel there has been an error, please contact the Allied Air Warranty team at
