1 FALL 2017 REGISTRATION QUICK GUIDE AND INFORMATION AYSO National has changed its registration system starting with the fall 2017 season. All registration and volunteer applications are now part of Blue Sombrero powered by Dick s Sporting Goods. ALL users need to create new accounts for the Fall 2017 season. The old eayso.org accounts are no longer valid. After you enter your information this year, subsequent years will be much easier. AYSO has adopted US Soccer's birth year registration policy. The registration system will place your player in the correct division. Schoolyard COED Division - $80 All other Division Fees (including AYSO National $17.50 fee): $175 PER PLAYER $125 per player if all items required are provided by May 31st $100 per player if all items required are provided by April 30th Discounts available for siblings. To register players: or better as your internet provider. Click on Register Now in the top right hand corner. Fill out the New Customer Primary Contact section on the Login screen. Then click on Create New Account. This is a new AYSO registration system and all users must create new accounts. Your old eayso login information will not work.

2 Fill out the Primary Contact Information section. Click on Continue. If you are a volunteer, we would appreciate that you upload a selfie, but not required at this time. Receive Text Alerts: If you choose to receive text alerts, the system will send you an with further instruction. You can opt-out at any time.

3 Add Secondary Account Holder: Like Dad or Grandma! This is optional and can be added at a later time. Fill out the Participant Information section, including uploading a photo and a birth certificate or passport. Click on Continue. *All players this year are required to upload a birth certificate or passport to verify age. Once we validate the information, the image is deleted and not retained in the system. (Next year s returning players will not need to do this.) *All players for Division 10 or Up are required to upload a photo suitable for a player ID Card. *All players for Division 8 or Under are encouraged, but not required to upload a photo as well.

4 Steps to Upload Birth Certificate (similar steps are used to upload a picture) *Save a copy of the Birth Certificate to the computer you are working on. pdf,.png,.jpeg,.jpg and.gif formats allowed (that mean a Scanned Copy or Picture) *Click on the upload birth certificate button, the Browse and then select the file you saved. Once it is there select Upload. Fill out any Additional Participant Information. Click on Continue.

5 Select the Program you'd like to sign up for. Because of the birthdate/gender you entered, the system will only show the program(s) available for the participant. Click on Register and then click on Continue. Few notes: Schoolyard Parents must Volunteer and complete the online Safe Haven requirement. Registration and Team Parent Volunteer is done on this site Safe Haven Training is still to be done If your child plays with an older age group and that option is not available during registration, you will need to contact our Regional Commissioner.

6 Some fields on registration are duplicates and we are unable to turn them off at this time. Please note ONLY items with * are required! We will do our best to accommodate Uniform Sizes.

7 All information is now generated into a player form and E-signature is needed. We require that all forms be electronically signed.

8 When you see E-signature Complete, Click Continue. Repeat Program Information for Additional Participant(s) if necessary. The last screen is the Checkout screen. Click Continue.

9 Confirm your Payment Information Click on Continue. Only Credit Cards are accepted at this time. If you do not have a credit card, please contact our RC at rc@ayso157.org to see if accommodations can be made. Confirm your total Order. Click Submit Order. You will also receive a confirmation detailing your registration.

10 You can make sure that your order is complete by logging into your account on your club's website and clicking on Order History from the My Orders tab. You can also check your to see if you received an order confirmation - this is like a receipt. Your child is not considered registered until you have received an order confirmation .
