4 VIETNAM DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION REGULATION The registration and usage of Viet Nam domain name.vn are implemented under the principle of equality, who registers first has the right to use first. 6 - Procedures: + You can contact us and inform us the domain name you want to register + We will check whether your domain name has been chosen or not, if it has been, NetNam will consult you another one. + You fill in the registration form will full information For organizations or companies: Domain name registration form, seal and signature of the organization 6 / 17

7 For individuals: Domain name registration form, 01 copy of your identification (no need to be notarized) + You send us your registration form with full information and pay us the domain name registration fee (bank account, cash, or TT are all accepted. If you do your payment through bank account, you can fax us the transferring document). + Domain name will soon be registered right after we received your registration form and full payment as well. NetNam will be responsible for printing the contract and the certificate of domain name registration then send you in the soonest time. 8 PROCEDURE OF VIETNAM DOMAIN NAME GRACE PERIOD - Based on the information in your registration form, we will send you a notification about a grace period of 30 days before the expiration. - Receiving this notification, you just need to do the payment then the procedure of grace period is considered to be completed. 8 / 17
