5 Program Overview Creative Specifications Photography Specs All awards book images must be a minimum 300dpi resolution. images must be a minimum 72dpi resolution. All image dimensions must fit within the desired area without pixelation. Any images that are distorted or otherwise do not meet the standard of quality will not be accepted. Artwork Approval All artwork must be submitted for approval by the posted deadline. Revision(s) may be necessary pending program approval. A high-res PDF document is suitable for approval rounds, but the original artwork file(s) will be necessary for the final submission. File/Asset Transfer PDF files needed for approval may be sent via . Final artwork/copy files may be sent via DropBox or WeTransfer. Final artwork and copy files should be packaged/consolidated into a single file. Production Notes Billing Notes Awards Book Printed copies of the awards book may be printed on-demand with a mininum quantity. Printed copies of the award magazine require up to 30 days for production and shipping. We use Constant Contact as our Top 50 promotional outbound platform. There are no production charges for ready-as-is HTML files or View as Webpage link. Payment Accounts are billed at the end of each month via invoice. Invoices net 10 days. We accept pre-payment.
