16 GLOSSARY OF TERMS Air Transport Movement (ATM) Allocation Demand Passenger ATM Schedule Adjustment by Carrier Scheduling Limits Seats Peak Week A scheduled or charter passenger or freight aircraft movement. The allocation of slots such that demand is constrained to fit within declared scheduling limits. The unconstrained demand for slots, prior to any schedule adjustments. A scheduled or charter passenger aircraft movement (ie, exluding all-cargo aircraft movements) Off slot allocation (excluding General Aviation) Limiting parameters declared by the Airport Operator used in the coordination process. The number of seats based on the aircraft configuration advised by the airline. The Peak Week for S12 is Week 24 (17SEP - 24SEP 212), representing the busiest week outside the EURO 212 period (1Jun - 8Jul 212) Peak Hour Peak Hour during S12 terminal redevelopment (1AUG - 27OCT 212) for Arrivals: (7:-9: & 18:-2:) for Departures (:-6: & 9:-1: & 14:-1: & 17:-18:) GUIDE TO HISTOGRAMS The histograms show the pattern of traffic by time of day against the appropriate scheduling limit.
