Fuji. All four specials, available in high-definition and standard-definition, are available for broadcast on public television stations nationwide beginning May 1, 2008 (check local listings). CHOCOLATE ALCHEMY ventures to the world-renowned Le Salon du Chocolat trade show in Paris, a destination for nearly 130,000 sweet-toothed Parisians every year. The documentary follows the world s premiere chocolatiers as they compete in the hallowed chocolate competition, working to create intricate, delicious creations with added flavors like syrup, rose blossom or mushroom. The pristine landscape west of London is the destination for COTSWORLDS: ENGLAND S SPIRITUAL HOME. A picturesque area of rolling hills, pastures and meadows, Cotsworlds has long been a destination point for England s elite artisans. The special focuses on the long-time residents and families that reside more-

Climbing to an ear-popping altitude of 5,072 meters above sea level, the Qinghai-Tibet Railway makes the 4,064-kilometer trip from Beijing to Lhasa in only 48 hours. The special showcases the gorgeous landscape and diverse groups of passengers found on an average Railway trip, as well as the latest technology used to overcome the area s harsh weather. Trek to one of the world s most beautiful mountains in MT. FUJI: A VISUAL POEM. The special explores Japan s highest mountain, capturing the shimmering colors and natural isolation of the national symbol like never before. The event that attracts the most attention is the beloved chocolate competition, where the world s finest chocolatiers display their skills and creativity as they try to outdo one another. Having selected from the best cacao the world has to offer, they add flavors such as rose blossom, syrup or mushroom to create inimitable jewel-like confections.
