The Building can be The projector screen must be lowered/raised manually by using the white switch mounted on the wall just right of the screen. To project image on screen Select your computer on the media control panel (desktop-, laptop- ), an image will appear onscreen. Volume Controlled in the media control panel (provided sound cord plugged into laptop). The red icon at the top of the remote is a laser pointer. The left and right arrows will go backward and forward through slides. The bottom icon with red dots will blank out the screen.

3 HIGHLANDS ROOM Turn on desktop computer cord available for laptops 2. The Building can be Computer volume The touchpad will turn on when it registers movement. Select your computer (desktop-, laptop- ) and the screen will lower. To increase volume, select Rise from the home screen. To decrease volume, select Low. Microphone Volume Click Microphone in the top left corner of the home screen. Click the next screen to control each microphones volume. To lower the volume, click the down arrow. To increase the volume, click the up arrow. To mute the volume, hit the icon in between the two arrows, which will turn grey when enabled. To mute the mobile microphones, hit the button on the mic, which will turn from green to red when enabled. The red icon at the top of the remote is a laser pointer. Multiple sources can be shown on different screens simultaneously. Select the screen you wish to lower, then select source (PC, laptop, or camera). To blank out the screen: tap No Source. Press Audio Source, then select your source. The sound will begin playing through the overhead speakers. The microphone volume is controlled by the A/V assistant assigned to your event. Lighting Press the lightbulb icon to go to the lighting options screen. Overhead lights Preset options range from All On (the brightest option) or All Off (to turn it off). You also have the option to turn on the perimeter lights. Stage lights Color-coded options are available (red, green, blue, yellow). To save a certain light setup, hold the Preset #1 button down on the touchpad. Up to four different combinations can be saved. Camera Lower the rear screen, then press the Camera button to show you where the camera is currently pointed. To move the camera, use the buttons located in a circle. The camera will autofocus on its own. Home takes it back to its starting point. Once you find a view that you like, save it by holding down Preset #1. There will be no indication that it will be saved. Up to six different views can be saved. Switch from view to view by selecting the preset number.
